Jerk (Nochelle)

Richelle's POV:
I'm walking into studio A searching for my amazing boyfriend, Ozzy. We've been together for two months now and I made special plans for him, so I want to tell him that I need him to be in my house later. My life couldn't be any better, I have Ozzy, nationals is coming and my hip isn't bothering me anymore. You know, it feels like everything is starting to fall into shape. As I'm walking I see Ozzy with Winnie, and they're in a middle of a heated make out session. I can't believe it, I knew there was something between this two. How could I be so stupid? "WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?!" I scream and they look up to me. "Richelle this isn't what it looks like-" Ozzy says and I cut him off. "So it isn't my boyfriend making out with ANOTHER GIRL?" I scream even louder now. "I guess it's exactly what it looks like. Listen Richelle you know this could never work, us. You're two years older than me and you're too mature for me now." "You know what? You can both have each other. HAVE FUN BURNING IN HELL!" I scream again before running away from the studio. Maybe his right, we were never meant to be. But it doesn't mean that he can play around with everyone who isn't me while we're together. I thought that we were good together. He was there for me after Elliot broke up with me and he was the only one who actually cared about me. I run until I bump into someone. "Sorry." I say while crying. "Richelle? Are you ok? What's wrong?" And here out of nowhere comes the person I never wished to see again. Noah.

Noah's POV:
I came back to The Next Step because Emily asked me if I could help her with the Nationals auditions, but it's going to be so weird to judge my friends, and my ex girlfriend. A few weeks ago Jacquie told me that she's seeing someone new and that I should move on. But I can't, I still have feelings for her. I walk through the hallway when I hear someone screaming, so I run to see what it's all about. And then I bump into someone. Richelle. And she's... crying? Richelle's crying? She never cries in public places. She must've been the one screaming. "Richelle? Are you ok? What's wrong?" I ask her. "I'm fine, everything is fine." "Come on Richelle, you can trust me, please tell me what's wrong." I beg. "Ok, but not in here, can we go somewhere else? Like the costume closet?" "The costume closet?!" I blush.
"Don't worry I'm not going to rape you or something." She replies. I sigh, that's awkward. We both go to the costume closet hoping that it's empty. You know I don't really want to see Summer and Henry making out in there or something like that. Luckily it's empty and we go inside. "Ok, so for the last two months I've been dating Ozzy-" I cut her off "Ozzy? When did that happened?" I ask. "A few weeks after regionals. He was the only one who cared about me and I really appreciated it so when he asked me out I agreed. After like three dates I started to get feelings for him and he asked me if I can be his girlfriend so of course I said yes." Richelle say. "It sounds great Richelle, so what's wrong?" "I just saw him and Winnie making out." She says and begins to cry again. "Omg Richelle, I'm so so sorry, I'm going to kill him! Who does he think he is?! Who would cheat on the most talented, beautiful and caring person in the whole entire world?!" I say burning with anger. "You really mean that?" She asks. "Of course I do, Richelle you are one of the most important people in my life. And although lately we've been falling apart I still consider you as one of my best friends. You were there for me at tough times and I'm forever grateful for that." "Thank you Noah, but what do I do now? I can't go back to the studio and face that stupid cheater but the auditions are now and if I miss them I won't go to nationals." Richelle says. "Don't worry, I'm coming with you, I'm helping Emily because Michelle left. That is why I'm here." "I just feel so humiliated. I've dated someone who is younger than me and he breaks up with me? How could I let this happen?" "Richelle everybody makes mistakes, but it's important that they happen, because now you can learn from them. Let's go to the studio, I won't let that jerk ruin your audition." "Ok, and again thank you Noah." "Anytime." We go back to the studio and I see Ozzy and Winnie making out in the corner. I'm going to kill him. I walk towards him when Richelle stops me. "It's ok Noah, he isn't worth it. I'm fine, go to Emily." "Are you sure? I can stay with you if you want." "I'm sure." "Ok, if you need anything just call me. Promise?" "I promise." I give Richelle a kiss on the cheek and go to Emily's office. Wait, why did I kiss Richelle on the cheek? What's wrong with me? She just broke up with her boyfriend! STUPID NOAH. I know it sounds crazy but I think I have feelings for Richelle. Ever since I left TNS I've felt different about her, I realized that I miss her more than anybody else, even Jacquie. But I still have feelings for Jacquie as well so it's very confusing. My thoughts are interrupted when Emily sees me. "Hey Noah! Thank you so much for coming! I was just about to start the auditions so is it ok with you?" She asks. "Of course, and no problem, I missed it here." "Well I'm glad that you're back, let's go." We both go back to studio A and Emily starts talking. "Hello everyone! We're so glad to have you here! I see that not all of you know who we are so let me introduce myself, I'm Emily, but you can refer to me as miss Emily. And this is Noah, he will be helping me with the choreography and the final decision. So the audition has two parts. The first one will be the choreography round in which Noah would teach you a combination and you'll have to show it to us. At the end of the first round we will choose twenty dancers who will go to the next round, which is the improv round. Only 12 of you will make it through so good luck! Noah you can start now." Emily finishes. "Thank you Emily. So hi guys! Today I'll be teaching you a combination of jazz and contemporary. You'll have 45 minutes to learn it and 10 minutes to go through it. At the end miss Emily and I will choose the best out of you. So let's get started!" It takes me about 30 minutes to teach the choreo so I decide to go through the dancers and help them. "Hey Noah, can I talk to you for a second?" Jacquie asks me. "Sure, what's up? Do you need help?" I reply. "No, I just wanted to ask you if you're seeing someone new? Even though I moved on I still care about you Noah, and I want you to be happy." "No I'm not seeing anyone at the moment but I do have eyes on someone." My eyes drift off to Richelle without even noticing. "Ohhh, I can totally see it now. You should ask her out." Jacquie says. "What? No no no, we're just good friends, and she just broke up with Ozzy." "Ozzy? They were a thing?" "Yeah apparently, and they were going pretty good until he cheated on her with Winnie." "Oh no, poor thing. I can't believe someone would want to cheat on Richelle, especially Ozzy, I thought he adored her." "Well, Ozzy is an idiot. But Richelle doesn't see that, she thinks that it was her fault." I say. "You've got to do something Noah, something big, to show her that you care about her. If you need help I'm here." "Thanks Jacquie, I really appreciate it." She smiles and goes back to practicing the choreo.

Richelle's POV:
I go through Noah's choreo when I see Jacquie walking towards him. I don't know why but I have a weird feeling about it so I keep watching her. She talks to Noah and then they both turn around to look at me. Shit, they saw me staring. Wait what am I doing? I need to focus. It takes a few minutes until Noah calls us all. "Ok guys, Miss Emily and I will separate you into groups and then each group would have to perform for us. In first group we have: Lilia, Bella, Jack, Dan, Henry, Maddison, Lana, Jessica, Summer and Finn. Second group we have: Jacquie, Kenzie, Davis, Piper, Tessa, Magen, Harry, Ozzy and Kingston. And the third and final group is: Amy, Richelle, Ellianna, Katie, Liam, Davin, Zoey, Julie and Winnie. Good luck! First group you're up." The dancers in the first group are good, but they're a little boring. The second group did very good, but Ozzy looks like he's struggling. Good, now the chances of seeing him everyday aren't that high. Now it's our turn, and I think I'm doing quite well, I remembered all the choreography and didn't mess up so that's good. The music stops and we all go back to our places. "Ok guys, Noah and I are going to choose the dancers that will make it through to the improv round. We just wanted to thank you all for coming and remember that there is always a next time." Emily says and goes to her office with Noah. I don't have anything to do so I decide to go to Jacquie. "Hi Jacquie!" "Oh hi Richelle!" She says back. "So I saw you and Noah talking... what was that about?" I ask. "Oh, nothing really, just a little catch up." She says. "Why? Are you jealous or something?" She smirks. "What? I'm not jealous. Noah is just my friend." "Ok whatever you say." Before I can say anything Noah and Emily are back. "Ok, so we have a list of people who made it through, and they will be going to the improv round." Emily says and hangs the list on her office wall. I wait a bit before I look and then I see my name on the list, Right at the top. Wow, guess I'm better than I thought.

Noah's POV:
Right now the dancers are getting ready for their improv round so I think it's a good time to catch up with Richelle. "Hi Ri, you did amazing, are you ready for your improv?" I ask her. "I think I am." She says back. "Don't worry, you'll be great, you always do great." I say. "Thanks Noah." "Oh, can you come with me after the auditions are finished? I have something that I need to show you." "Yeah, ok." She says sounding a bit worried. I walk to Emily and she starts talking. "Ok, so we'll have our improv auditions now. But first we need to divide you into groups. So our first group will be: Summer, Henry, Tessa, Ozzy ,Finn, Zoey, Lilly and Katie. Our second group will be: Winnie, Jacquie, Piper,Jessica, Davis, Jack and Liam. And the third and final group is: Kenzie, Kingston, Richelle, Amy, Magen and Davin. First group you're up, good luck!
