Hermione Granger when...
It was your first lesson of potions and you'd done a bit of light reading. Professor Snape asked an easy question which you and Hermione Granger knew the answer to. Snape picked on Harry who had no idea what was going on. Leaning over slightly you started a conversation with Hermione.
"Harry Potter has no idea what's going on, that's why Snape picked him."
"Do you know the answer?"
"I checked a position book out of the library the other day, yes I know the answer."
