Nct Dream had been practising for their debut together for around a month now but had not really become that close yet. Well, except for those who already knew each other. So, they decided one day, that after practice they would all go to the Dreamies dorm and spend the night there to get to know each other more.

Therefore, at 7 pm they all made their way to the dorms together for a night of fun. When they got there they all went to the kitchen and Chenyug and Donghyuck started making some dinner, being the best at cooking out of them.

The group of teens were all sitting in the living room. They had moved some mattresses there so they were now spread out on the sofa and floor after eating dinner, though most of them were on diets. Chenyug was sitting next to members Jeno and Chenle on the floor.

"What should we do now?" Mark asked the group once they'd all gotten settled down.

"Let's just ask each other questions, like truth or dare without the dare," Renjun suggested and everyone agreed. They started throwing around questions, laughing at some answers and having fun. Finally, Renjun decided to ask Chenyug a question, who until now had just been laughing along with the others.

"Okay Chenyug, I have a question," Renjun turned slightly towards the girl.

"Shoot," Chenyug answered in English and the guys, except for Mark, looked at the girl confused. "Okay," she repeated and laughed slightly.

"Where are you from? I know you're not from Korean but I don't know where and like...how you entered SM?" he asked her, Chenyug never having properly introduced herself.

"Oh, well, I'm originally from France, but my parents are Korean. I lived in France when I was young and then I went and studied in America for some time, from around 2013 till 2015 I think? Anyway, there I auditioned for SM at a global audition and got accepted. So with the help of my grandparents, I moved to Korea." she explained, leaving out some minor details.

They all hummed and Chenyug continued, for some reason feeling more comfortable with the group already.

"My parent weren't really supportive at first, but my grandparents convinced them saying that I would continue studying here so...that how I am where I am. I was a trainee for only one year before debuting in NCT U," Chenyug finished her explanation and looked at the 7 boys.

She decided on who to ask a question and they continued the game.

By 11 pm almost everyone was fast asleep, though, of course, the girl had not managed to drift off. Chenyug was just laying there listening to Renjun and Mark talking. She had been trying to go to sleep for almost an hour but her insomnia seemed to have other plans, combined with her feeling cold.

During the evening the 8 members had all gotten a lot closer. The boys had found out about Chenyug's crazy obsession with Coconuts and her love for skinship. However Chenyug seemed to have gotten closest to Jeno since he had been joking the whole night, and the fact that Chenyug was the only one laughing at his jokes seemed to make him like her even more.

So feeling desperate Chenyug decided to turn around to face him, scooching slightly closer to him to feel his body heat in an attempt to finally fall asleep.

Of course, he noticed it and woke up, peeking at the girl through the dark.

"Is something wrong?" he asked in a low, sleep ridden voice.
