Author Note: Hey, sorry about the slow updates, I'll try to keep them regular.  A lot of things are getting in the way like, music, school and cadets.

(That was for the like three, maybe four readers who read this book)

P.S. This chapter is going to be shorter than my normal chapter

"What was it like is prison?" Emmy asked trying to make conversation (as well as being a bit blunt).

"Boring, I had a cell mate who couldn't solve a simple puzzle for the life of him."  Norval said while looking a little sad about the question.

"The only fun was reading the morning paper and listening to the radio.  Well, let's not dwell on that, after all we have a big day ahead of us!"  Norval said with a glimmer in his eyes.  After the conversation everyone began to read and try to figure out how to find the Lost Temple of Demostrate

"Don't you think it's time for supper?"  Luke said looking at us with desperation in his eyes.  "Heh, yes of course my boy."  Norval said chuckling a bit about how Luke broke the silence.  Everyone got up from their seats and made their way to the dinning cart.  The cart was beautiful, it was filled with decorations everywhere, the Italian wooden trim was outstanding.

"Wow!  Look at this place!"  Emmy said with fascination in her eyes.  She quickly took out her camera and started taking pictures of everything in the room.

"Is she always like this?"  Norval says quietly to Hershel

"Yes, it's sort of like her style."  Hershel said to Norval being quiet enough for Emmy not to hear.  After the quick exchange of words, everyone took their seats and ordered their food.  Hershel ordered Chicken a la king, Luke ordered a club sandwich with ham, lettuce, tomato, potato salad and cheese on it.  Norval ordered an Italian wedding soup, and lastly Emmy ordered  soused herring.  According to everyone their supper was delicious.

"Well, I think I've had enough."  Norval said while putting his spoon into the empty bowl.

"Yeah."  Everyone said as they got up to go back to their room to get some well deserved sleep.

When the group got back to their room they noticed something was a little off.  Luke and Emmy were about to step into the room but Norval and Hershel stopped both of them.

"You can smell it too Hershel?"  Norval said while still keeping his eyes on the room.

"Yes I can, it's hard to miss being with the police all the time."  Hershel said in an extremely serious tone.

"What can you smell Professor?" Luke and Emmy said while looking at us in a worried tone.

"Metal, and gunpowder, specifically the kind tommy guns use..."  Norval said while turning his head at Luke and Emmy

"Step off to the sides, NOW!!!"  Hershel said pulling Luke out of the way of the open door.  Norval did the same but with Emmy.  Just as they pulled their assistants out of the way bullets bombarded the hallway.  As soon as the bullets stopped, Hershel, Emmy, Luke and Norval ran as fast as they could out the hallway to the next cart.  When they got there they opened the door and ran inside.  Norval looked out the door to the outside.

"How is everyone's climbing skills?"  Norval said to everyone.

"Why?"  Hershel said with a worried tone.

"Because we could take them by surprise if we climb to their cart."  Norval said as he started to unlock the outside door.

"That's insane!" Hershel said to Norval.

"What would you rather?  Get shot and killed by Descole's men, or climb and still have a chance to run away?"  Norval said no longer in the friendly tone everyone was accustomed to.

"Alright, I guess it's our only choice."  Hershel said as he got ready to climb.  Norval looked at Emmy and Luke waiting for an answer.  They both nodded in agreement.  Norval opened the door and they started the climb.
