The sun caused a light glow all through out the small castle. She woke up to see vines and growing all throughout the castle walls, flowers blooming it was beautiful. The village was quiet and people strolled the busy Market place. Kids running around playing with balls and other toys. It was beautiful before the scream.
"PRINCESS SEN LEAVE THE CASTLE IMMEDIATELY!"
The loud noise echoes the hallway. The urgency in the scream scared the young princess. She was greeted with two guards at the door. "What is the meaning of this?!" She said. It was early She was still in her lotus nightgown. "This is completely improper" her face brightened with red. "It's an emergency your highness." replied the guard. He gave her a red hood, and they left the castle quickly and quietly.
She left as the shouts and screams filled her village. The sky lit up as her home was being attacked. Explosions filled the villagers' ears. Tears streamed down her face as she walked outside of the walls of her home.
She hopped on a horseback and ride off into the night. Crying herself to sleep.
The morning rose up as the morning wind blew the birds chirped. "Morning princess, didn't sleep well?"
The knight asked the princess. She was laid on the back of the horse, her red hoodie and wings draped down. "Not really" the knight laughed. "I saw you toss and turn" he parked the horse and they sat under a tree.
He gave her some rolls "your highness, breakfast?" She sat down under the shade and began to eat rather quickly obviously hungry.
The knight sat down, his helmet was on the whole time. Sen because curious so she began to ask questions.
"So.. how did you get into the royal guard"
"I didn't have a choice, I was arrested for stealing bread.. they saw I was a good fighter in jail so in order to make my term shorter, they said they would release me on duty"
"Why'd you steal the bread? you could have just paid for it." Said sen
"I couldn't pay for anything" replied the knight
"Oh.." sen felt awkward
"What do you look like under that helmet? It must be hot under that helmet"
He took the helmet to reveal long hair and blush lips a soft face with a sharp nose
"Wait for for your a girl!?"
