Chapter Seven: Jollibee

I woke up 9:00 in the morning and I just want to go shopping even though I don't know where to go. I pick up my phone and scrambled through my contacts.

I remember during we introduced ourselves with my cousins, they gave me their phone numbers.

I got in to the bathroom and brushed my teeth, washed my face. When I got down I saw granny.

"Granny can I go out with my cousins? I want to go shopping and also I want to know them more." I ask granny.

"Sure Scarlet you can do anything you want." Granny said.

"Thank you granny." I kissed her in cheek. I ran to my room then I fix myself fast.

I was looking at my reflection in the mirror. I was ready to pick up my phone but granny said outside

"Scarlet are you done fixing yourself? Nandito na si Jordan hinintay ka niya." Granny said. I took my pouch at the back of the door and I ran quikly.

"Hi Scarlet, good morning!" I look at the guy who is standing at the door of this house. He's Jordan I guess?

"Good morning." I greet him with a cold voice.

"Granny thanks for calling Jordan for me. We're going now." I said.

I ran out after I hear a honk outside. I know that it is Jordan waiting in their. I hopped in the shotgun seat.

Jordan started to drive. He opened the stereo and then I heard my favorite song. I want to sing but I'm embarrased with my voice. I dont want to sing it but...

I was shocked because Jordan suddenly sang it.

I look at him. I saw his face and he's so handsome. No wonder, it is in our bloodline that we are so handsome and beautiful.

We arrived very fast because it is not so far from home. I can just walk to get here without riding a car or a jeepney.

Jordan parked his car in the parking lot of this mall. He told me to be feel comfortable with him. I put my little trust on him because he's my cousin.

"Can you understand tagalog? Can you speak with it?" Jordan asked me.

"Uhmm I can understand a little but I can't speak tagalog." I said without looking him. Im so nervous. Like i'm just talking to a stranger.

"Do you have many friends in Canada?" He asked me while getting his seatbelt off on his body

" No." I said with my bored expression and also ready to open the door I want to get out in here.

I opened the door before he can ask more questions. I looked at the whole place it is nice to be here. I was staying.

"Let's go princess" Jordan said. I looked at him with a little shock.

"Where did you get that?" I said forcely.

"Granny told me when I ask her. Dont worry this will be just for us." He said.

"Okay if someone will going to call me that, I'll punch you." I said and gave him a smirk.

"Easy easy...Okay promise." He said with a smirk in his face.

He walk first and then I follow him.
We are walking slowly, people around are whispering. Do they know Jordan?

We walk straight. Then a girl bumped me, I look at her with my poker and cold face waiting for her to apologize.

But it was the opposite, she put a smirk on her face. A devil smirk, I guess

She has her alipores with her. I didn't see her friends when we bump at each other.

"Is this Jordan's girlfriend? She's a f*cking escort b*tch." A girl said

At first I dont want a fight but this girl call me a bitch. I can't hold  my madness, my fist wants to punch her face.

"So what if she's my girl? Do you have any problem? Mind your own business! You're the one who's bitch so, go back to your doghouse...Bitch." I flinched because Jordan shouted.

He put his hands on my shoulders...

I cant move.... it's my first time that a guy touches my skin.

The girl left with her very mad expression.

I appreciated what Jordan did, just to make that girl leave. I owe him then.

"Okay. Unang araw mo pa lamang nl nagala dito may nakaaway ka na kaagad." He said.

"Im sorry I didnt mean to do that." I said with my calm voice.

"So shall we go now?" I said when I realize that he has no plan to go inside of the mall. I started walking and didnt mind wat is happening in my surroundings.

As we enter I saw my cousins waiting at the corner. I got near them where they are standing.

"What took you so long to go here?" Kent asked me with his worried expression.

I didnt respond. Jordan will explain what happened.

"May nakabangga, tapos yun lang." Jordan said.

Kent was relived.

Grr grr grr

Ugh my stomach! Why this time?! I really want to go in different boutiques but it looks like my stomach is hungry.

"Let's eat na muna. It looks like our cousin is already hungry and also me" Jane said.

Others agreed and we got to Jollibee. I find a sit for us four and others talk about the food we need to buy.

I saw a chair in the corner and actually it's for five person but maybe we can sit there. The chair is like a sofa and because we're all fit we can sit there.

I directly go there and my cousins just follow me. That area seems so nice for me that's why I choose to sit there.

I sat down and also Jane and Kent did.  Jordan is the oldest so he ordered food for us. While waiting, I get my phone inside my pouch.

I turned on my data and open my messenger and tried to search Lorain Wyne Sandoval.

Yes, I made her facebook account a year ago before I left because every time there might be somethings gonna happen unexpectedly.

I know it's too young for her to have social media account but children now a days addicted to social media and even we don't want to teach them about this there are so many ways to learn.

I found myself calling her but I can't contact her, maybe she's busy about something. Maybe later I'm going to call her.
