We are driving humming along to the music

I pull up into a small cafe

'I didn't really have a second idea' I shrug

We both get out and find a table, a small one tucked into the corner

I look at the menu

I look up to Ethan staring at me

'What?' I giggle

'You're cute when you're focused'

A heat rushes to my cheeks and I glance down at the menu

'Thanks' I look back at him

We go and order our food and sit back down

I snuggle up to Ethan and he puts my arm around me

It comforts me

'Hey' I perk up

He looks down at me

I sit up

'I want a dog'

He gives me a look

'No really'

'I doubt you'll be able to take care of it'

'Hey!' I punch his shoulder

'We'll go look for one after'

I smile

'You could barely look after fish'

'And?'

'I-'

I place a kiss on his lips

'Shhhh'

I laugh

We are now in the car to go buy a dog

'I still think this is a bad idea' (a/n bad idea was playing as I wrote that)

'Shhh'

We show up to the shelter (remember adopt! the dogs in the shelter need homes!)

I glance at all the dogs melting instantly

This one small dog catches my eye

A nice brown, eyes like little chocolate buttons staring up at me

'I want that one!'

I buy the dog and then some dog supplies

He cried the whole way home

Me and Ethan are laying on the couch watching some tv

I'm holding the dog in my lap stroking him gently

'What are you going to name him'

'Charlie'

I look down at him and kiss him lightly

I then look at Ethan

His eyes fixed on the tv

He looks so good when he's focused

'Hey E'

I let go of Charlie and he jumps down

I go and snuggle up to Ethan

'Mhm' he looks down at me

'I was wondering, did you want to move in with me'

'Uhhh' he thinks

'I mean you don't have to, we haven't been together for long I understand'

'No, I would love too'

He places a soft kiss on my lips

'Better get the guest room ready' I joke

'Okay fine' he goes and sprints off to the guest room

I get up grown and follow him

'I'll stay in the guest room tonight with you'

I lean on the door frame seeing Ethan already in bed

'That was fast' I laugh

He pats the spot next to him

I smile and pick myself off the door frame

I peel the cover off and snuggle up to him

'Goodnight Ethan'

'Goodnight Dani'

He places a kiss on my head and I close my eyes
