Sheldon lowered his hand from the door hearing penny's distinct voice groaning , I stepped back slightly as the door swung open.

" whattttttt Sheldon" penny was in complete disarray it was already 1 in the after noon she looked as if she was starting to sober up her hair was tangled and oily clearly put in a bun to try and hide it and her pajamas were still on and she looked as if she Hadn't eaten in forever or at least not anything healthy.

Sheldon noted this all in his head wondering if he should chose his words carefully and thought if this violated the roommate agreement which it didn't he double Checked three times, and he quoted it does not say that you're roommate couldn't complain about you to you're ex girlfriend.

" hello Sheldon still there" penny waved her hand in front of his face causing him to snap out of his thoughts.

" They were in my spot penny" I fumed at the picture of them, " who Sheldon who was in you're spot" penny answered getting annoyed at this whole excursion.

"  well who do you think Priya and Leonard they were in my spot kissing and groping each other in my spot it was an abomination display for "affection" Sheldon huffed in a display of anger.

"Sheldon sweetie" penny looked in his eyes wanting to punch him for even mentioning any of that to her but she stared in his eyes and felt a flicker of embarrassment for even looking that long.

" yes penny, well what are you gonna do" and there went her postuer.

" I-I'm" she thought for a moment she couldn't exactly go into her ex of a dick boyfriends house and tell him to stop kissing some smart tramp.

" I'm to sober for this" penny opened her door to let Sheldon in he was clearly uncomfortable but he started sniffing clearly her apartment smelled like a distinctive drug but it was mixed with penny's own smell which was sometimes nice.

she grabbed a coffee cup and downed about half a bottle of what Sheldon presumed was vodka before holding waving the bottle to Sheldon.

" want some" penny held it out only for Sheldon to wave her off.

She shrugged and instead went into her fridge and poured another cup with ice tea and he grabbed it.

He sipped a little of the tea just making sure it wasn't filled with anything but it was just a nice cup of tea after Sheldon drank it all.

Afterwards penny quickly downed the alcohol and sighed.

" I know what we're gonna do" now penny was making sense Sheldon thought.

" we areeeee going out!!l penny had a beautiful when she smiled but it didn't help that fact that she was an idiot Sheldon's face fell at her words.

" penny can I ask you a question" penny rolled her eyes " yes sure Sheldon" she answers swiftly.

" did you hit you're head on the refrigerator getting me this drink" Sheldon said meanly.

" okay not helping you anymore" penny pushed grabbed Sheldon's spinning him around pushing him out the door.

" no wait Penny!!" Sheldon held his feet firmly in place.

" I'm sorry can you please help me" he pleaded refusing to budge even an inch"

" okay then" penny let go of him and spoke slowly.

" I promise I will find a way to help you but this is the best thing I got plus I do all my best thinking at a bar" she smiled again as Sheldon bit his tongue.
