Jimin was hoping to sleep peacefully tonight, but it seemed the world had other plans. He just couldn't stop having this same strange dream.

He was alone, in a dark forest, the trees were tall, a canopy of leaves above him barely letting the moonlight shine through. The wind blew gently, creating a soft breeze against his skin. It was dark, but not so dark that Jimin couldn't see. He just continued walking. He wasn't scared by the darkness, but quite the opposite, he felt calm, comforted, relaxed. It was strange to say the least, Jimin had never experienced anything like it.

He was still walking, making his way through the maze of trees and plants, until he came to a small opening. The lack of trees letting the moonlight shine and light up the small patch of grass.

Jimin was quick to notice the figure standing in the opening. As if having a mind of their own, his feet carried him closer to the figure, stopping right in front of them.

The man was the same height as Jimin, reasonably well built in all black, jeans and a button up shirt, with jet black hair that lay just above his eyes. Despite the moonlight, a shadow was cast over his face, making it impossible for Jimin to make out the mans features, though just being near him gave off a strange aura.

Jimin felt different around the man, he felt safe, relaxed, calm.

He didn't feel lonely.

It was at that moment the blaring sound of his alarm awoke him from his peaceful sleep. He sleepily shoved the covers off himself and sat up, grabbing his phone and switching off his alarm.

Jimin got dressed into his work clothes, all black, and soon his apron which he kept at the coffee shop he worked at. He made some breakfast and watched tv while he ate it, switching it off and leaving the remote on the coffee table when he was done.

Jimins day at work was slow, not many customers came in, so he sat behind the counter on his phone most of the day. Currently, there was just an old woman in the corner, and a couple of kids studying, probably for exams.

As if Jimins day couldn't get any worse, his irritable co-worker, Hoseok decided to come and bother him.

Don't get him wrong, Hoseok is a nice guy. He's just... too much for Jimin. He's very excitable and happy, and always has some story to tell, and Jimin can't handle his eccentric behaviour.

"Heya, Jiminie! How's You're day been?" Hoseok asked, poking the younger's arm repeatedly.

Jimin pushed Hoseok hand away and rolled his eyes, barely sparing the other Male a glance.

"Pretty boring, how about you?" Jimin responded, knowing the younger would tell him about his day whether he asked or not.

"It's been great! I woke up and my boyfriend, Jungkook had made me some pancakes, and then, he walked me to work. And on the way here I saw a really cute puppy! And the owner let me pet it and-"

"That's cool, Hoseok, but we've got a customer, so tell me later, yeah?" Jimin said loudly, trying to shut Hoseok up as someone walked into the shop.

Hoseok nodded cheerfully and wandered off to do god knows what. Jimin let out a small sigh of relief that his poor ears were safe for now, before turning to the customer with an over the top cheery attitude and took their order.

After that, there was only one other customer while Jimin was working his shift. The guy walked over to the counter and Jimin thought he recognised him from somewhere.

"Hey, Jimin right? Is Hoseok here?" The guy, who Jimin now realised what hoseoks boyfriend, has asked.

"Yeah he's-"

"Kookieeee!" Jimin was interrupted by Hoseok yelling and running over to Jungkook, practically jumping on the muscular boy. "You came to pick me up?

"Hey baby, I did. How was work?" Jungkook asked, easily holding his boyfriend.

"It was ok, but I wanna go home and watch movies and cuddle, come on!" Hoseok whined, much like a child would as he dragged Jungkook out of the coffee shop, completely forgetting Jimin existed now that he was distracted by his boyfriend.

Jimin rolled his eyes at their sickeningly sweet relationship. Although, deep down, he was jealous. He wanted someone to treat him like that, someone who would hold him in their arms the way Jungkook so dearly holds Hoseok, someone who would love him as much as they loved each other. Maybe someday he'd find that, who knows?

Jimin sighed and looked up at the clock, seeing his shift was over, a small smile appearing when he realised he could cuddle up on his couch in a blanket and catch up on queer eye, he's been meaning to do so for a while.

The walk home was peaceful. Jimin enjoyed walks, especially when autumn was approaching. It was cool enough to wear comfy, fluffy clothes, but not too cold, and all the trees looked so pretty with their brown and orange leaves that would soon fall to the ground.

Eventually, Jimin arrived back at his apartment, immediately going to get changed into some comfy clothes. Once changed, he'd grabbed his favourite fluffy blanket and took it to the living room, throwing it onto the couch while he grabbed some snacks. He placed the snacks onto the coffee table and reached for the remote only to see it wasn't where he'd thought he left it.

Jimin had a puzzled look on his face as he scanned the room, he couldn't see the remote anywhere. Jimin let out a sigh and lifted up the blanket from the sofa, only to see the remote was under the blanket.

How did it get there? Jimin was convinced he'd put it on the coffee table before he left this morning.

Shrugging off the thought, Jimin sat down and got comfy under his blanket and turned on the tv, spending the rest of the day there, and eventually falling asleep
