I'll look deep into your soul,
and memorize every passageway.
Every quirk, and every flaw.
Every perfection, and every law.
I'll know your rules,
I'll know your limits.
I'll know your fears.
I'll know your visions.
Tell me your secrets, and I'll never tell them.
Show me your insecurities, and I'll help you to embrace them.
Tell me of your worries, so that I can dispell them.
With every breath,
every motion,
every feeling,
every touch,
I'll look deep into your soul,
and I'll see a galaxy inside your eyes.

What I fear, is you won't look deep into my soul,
you'll only give me a passing glace, if I'm lucky.
You'll never know my quirks, or my flaws.
Or my perfections, and you'll ignore my laws.
You'll never know my rules,
or my limits,
or my fears,
or my visions.
If I spoke to you a secret, you'd tell it.
You'd maybe see my insecurities, and you'd hate them.
You could learn of my worries, and ignore or reaffirm them.
With every breath,
every motion,
every feeling,
every touch,
I'll look deep inside my own soul,
because I fear nobody else was going to.

I'll look deep into your soul,
and I'll revel in your complexity.
I'll savor things showing you're comfortable with me.
I'll watch over you to make sure you're safe with me.
I'll know the way through your mazes,
I'll know all your favorite places,
I'll know the softness of your heart,
I'll know the things that make it melt.
I'll want to know all your thoughts, and all your feelings.
I'll want to know all your weaknesses, and all your strengths.
I'll want to feel your skin against mine, to let you know of my presence.
With every breath,
every motion,
every feeling,
every touch,
I'll look deep into your soul,
and expose the rawness of its core.

What I fear, is you won't look deep into my soul,
for you'll shiver in my complexity.
You'll always see me as someone I'm not.
You'll think it's weird and creepy when I watch you like a hawk.
You'll never grace the fields of my mazes,
You'll never ask me for my favorite places,
You won't know thr softness of my heart,
You won't know the things that make it melt.
You'll disregard my thoughts, and my feelings.
You'll focus on my weaknesses, instead of seeing my strengths alongside then.
You'll hate the feeling of my skin against yours, and it'll never feel like home.
With every breath,
every motion,
every feeling,
every touch,
I'll look deep inside my own soul,
and fear that it's too bizarre to love or be loved.

What I hope, is we'll look deep into each other's souls,
and memorize every passageway, and revel in our complexity.
Loving every quirk, and every flaw, and savouring the things showing we're comfortable with one another.
Loving every perfection, and every law, we'll watch over each other to make sure we're safe with one another.
We'll want to know all the other's thoughts, and all the other's feelings.
We'll want to know all the other's weaknesses, and all the other's strengths.
We'll want to feel the other's skin against our own, to let the other know of our presence.
With every breath,
every motion,
every feeling,
every touch,
we'll look deep into each other's souls,
and stare unafraid into the galaxies inside each other's eyes.
