Lucy? Is that you?

Laxus still wasn't talking to her, he had been ignoring Lucy since the fight, however the others had notice this strained aura around them. Evergreen was putting them together in everything. Same rooms, same tents, Every little thing. "Lucy, Are you sure you are ready to go back to Fairy Tail?" Bixslow teased, nudging Lucy's arm. Lucy turned her head and glared at him, not even blinking at the frightful people around her. "No I don't want to go but i have to" Lucy snapped, her aura around Lucy darkened, making all the passengers on the train stay away from the group. Laxus scoffed, "Stop being such a whinny baby" Laxus shrugged his shoulders, waving off the looks his team gave him. What was it about her that attracted bad luck? Lucky Lucy Heartfillia? That was such a lie nothing about her was Lucky. Disappointment filled Lucy, she felt like she was back at the Heatfillia Mansion.  'Is my life going to be full of misery? Is this what i was meant for?' Lucy sighed, staring as the scenery past by. 

1 hour later. 

Lucy stepped out of the train, everything was the same. Like she never left. Somehow Lucy knew that was a lie. She did leave...Things have changed...Lucy has changed. Scars littered her body, scars that showed her how weak she is. "are you ready Cosplayer?" Bixslow said. his hand resting on her shoulder. Giving her a reassured squeeze. This day felt like it was dragging on ever oh so slowly. There was a warm breeze, yet Lucy was still shaking. "Let's do this" Lucy inhaled, putting her hand on the door. The guild was somewhat rowdy but it was missing the certain spark. Pushing it open the door gave a loud creek, stopping the chatter inside the guild. Lucy exhaled. She stepped in to the guild, the light behind her casting her figure shadow. With a nervous smile on her face she opened her mouth. "I'm back" Shouts echoed through the guild, all the liveliness seemed to be back.

LAXUS

While on the train Laxus glanced at Lu-Blondie at the corner of his eyes, she was growing on them. 'she can't...' Laxus forced himself to look away. Blondie can't join them, they were monsters. 'No...i'm the monster' Laxus corrected himself. His head rolled back, he could smell the sadness and nervousness radiating off of Blondie. 'She probably hates me now...' Laxus mentally growled at himself. 'Once we get to the guild she'll have her team.' A small voice in the back of his head told him that Lucy needed them as well. That she was family. Laxus closed his eyes, listening to the pounding of the music. Slowly all the thoughts of Lucy and Fairy Tail went away and the dreamless sleep took over. 

FAIRY TAIL 

Things weren't like they usually were. Natsu wasn't fighting as usual, he sat at the bar. His head resting on his arms, thinking about the time Lucy joined the guild.....

'Look Natsu! I got my guild mark!' She was so happy to join Fairy Tail. Her eyes light up every time she looked at her guild mark. 'That's nice Luigi' Natsu had brushed her off so casually that Lucy had huffed at him.  

"Hey flame brain! Stop moping around!" Gray shouted at his best friend/rival. Natsu let a low growl echo throughout the guild hall. Most of the members stared at Natsu in shock, some in fear. Natsu had never acted like this before and it scared them. Ignoring the warning, Gray placed his cold hand on Natsu's shoulder. "Did you hear what master said? Lucy is alive and well. Only time can tell when Lucy will be home" Gray patted Natsu's shoulder one last time before starting a small fight. Mira, who had heard and saw what happened, placed down a drink. The sound broke Natsu away from Gray's figure. "He is right Natsu...Lucy will be home soon i can tell!" Mira smiled softly at Natsu. 

All of a sudden the guild doors opened with a loud creek. A feminine figure stepped in the guild, the lights making her shadow reach out. "I'm back" a familiar soft voice called out in the guild. It was quite for a moment, then Natsu was the first one to make noise. "LUCE!" She was back, she is here. Safe. Alive. Natsu's arms wrapped around Lucy's figure, trapping her in a warm hug. "Hey, I'm home!" Lucy wrapped her arms around Natsu's warm body. Natsu sagged against Lucy's body. She stumbled from the weight change. "Natsu?" Lucy moved his head, her hands running through his salmon hair. His eyes were closed, warm tears were spilling down his face. With a sad smile Lucy gently picked Him up. Most of the guild members were smiling, cheering and crying. Their light had come home. 

Everything was back to normal.....

Makarov leaned over on the railing, his blue eyes filled with unshed tears. "EVERYONE! IT'S TIME TO PARTY FOR THE RETURN OF OUT CELESTIAL MAGE!" Makarov shouted. Every single person in the guild raised their hands, smiles shredded everywhere. 

Lucy smiled at her family, she has changed but so has everyone else. Chocolate brown eyes locked on electrifying grey ones. She exhaled words that made everyone cry even more. 

"Thank you, You stay safe, You love. You survive. You laugh and cry and struggle and sometimes you fail and sometimes you succeed. You Push."
