Personality: you would describe her as a dandere or someone that likes to talk and hang out but isn't socially skilled so she seems shy. She's super jumpy, and sometimes rabbles on for a bit.

Semblance: "Polarity" can make objects attract or push away, much like magnetism but the effect can be put on any object she has touched prior to the activitation of the semblance
