Hurt
What is hurt?
Hurt that emotion you feel when you put all your faith and trust in someone and they crush it.
They crush it like a bug that they are afraid of.
They crush it like a piece of paper that they don't need anymore.
They crush you like a can that has nothing more to offer to them.
A can that has nothing for them to use anymore.
So they throw away that can and go look for another can, another flavour.
A flavour that they think the they can just buy anywhere.
They didn't realize that the flavour was one of a kind and unique and cannot just be purchased anywhere.
They say that you don't miss what you had until it is gone.
We cannot prevent ourselves from getting hurt because we are only human.
Humans that are drawn to pain in this oh so painful world.
