The Coffee Shop

Human-stuck AU, total classic, fluff starter.

Eridan 19 and rebellious has just had a fight with her over bearing father and has stormed out of their large suburban manner in the pouring rain caught a bus and made her way into the quiet city late in the night. She wonders in the rain for what seems like hours looking for somewhere to cool off and finds a small coffee shop with an apartment above it the only place still open. Naturally she ventured inside startling the cashier at the counter who was almost asleep at his post. The name on his uniform, Sollux C. This was his father's shop and he often worked nights to keep them afloat and in their cozy home just above their place of business. He is rather eager to help the soaking wet woman in a white blouse and leather jacket paired with stunningly blue jeans. Far from the appropriate attire for being out in the rain. He makes her a drink gives her a towel and when she explains her situation he offers for her to crash on the couch. She accepts spending the night in one of his dry hoodies and his best friend's yoga pants. She leaves the next morning thankful for the help, and suddenly becomes a rather flirty regular whenever Sollux happens to be at the counter.

Not a big fan of this one but I figured I'd put it here anyway. I'm also too lazy to edit it so if there's errors live with it I'll maybe do it someday.
