October 14th xxxx Nanimori Hospital

3rd person POV

" congratulations sawada-san! you've given birth to two healthy baby boys!". a doctor shouted. Nana Sawada smiled a tired yet happy smile as she laid on the bed.

"Nana!" a voice was heard as the door abruptly slammed open. the nurse eyes twitch at the loud sound as one of the twins promptly burst into tears.

"Iemitsu!" Nana called out happily, seemingly forgetting her tiredness.

"Ahh, don't cry, don't cry" Iemitsu panicked as he took hold of the crying child. the baby had a pinkish colored skin, dirty blonde hair and bright blue eyes that were wet with tears.

"Look Nana, he's so cute!" Iemitsu squealed as he hug the now sleeping baby in his arms.

"What should we name him?" Nana asked, also squealing at her son's adorableness.

"what about we name him takeyoshi?" iemitsu said, smiling down at the newly named child in his arm.

"hmm...takeyoshi, ta-kun, i like it" nana giggled.

The doctor looked at the 'oh so loving' couple with rage burning brightly in his eyes. 'what kind of parents forget there own f****** child'.🤬🤬🤬

"*cough cough* sorry to disturb you but you had 'TWINS', if you don't want the eldest please sign here. the doctor spoke with venom laced thick in his words.

"we had twins?" iemitsu stupidly ask, failing to sense the killing intent aimed at him.

"hmm...we'll sign-"

"no!" iemitsu was cut of by nana as she looked at him in horror at the fact that he could even think of abandoning their child, HIS flesh and blood.

"we'll keep him" she said firmly as she took the other twin from the doctor hands. the baby had soft pale white skin that rivaled the whitest snow and soft spiky brown hair that seemed to defy gravity itself.

"kyaaaaa!" nana squealed as blood dripped from her nose while looking at her eldest. 

"lets name you tsunayoshi, my little tsu-kun, right iemitsu?" as if hearing his name the small child finally opened his eyes showing beautiful amber colored eyes that was edged with an orange tint. the baby smiled as he reached his hands out to hold his mother tightly.

"hn" iemitsu grunted as he continued playing with takeyoshi, completely ignoring the older twin.

the doctor looked at the couple and sighed. it seemed that the child will be alright, at least their mother loves them equally. in this chaotic scene, nobody noticed that the older twin, sawada tsunayoshi eyes were glowing a brilliant shade of golden orange

Tsuna's POV

' huh? i don't know why but dad seems to hate me....Does he have the right?! no no tsunayoshi, this is a different world, he's probably not the same. it doesn't matter in this life i will to protect my mom and my little brother, i will not allow my family to die; not even one! that is my dying will !'
