Getting there

Andy's POV
Rye has been the absolute best boyfriend ever. He's been there for me when I need him, he's helped me  so much over  the past few months. He has been so understanding about everything. Because of him I finally feel like I'm getting there back to how I used to be before my dad passed away, my happy self the laughing, energetic, passionate one I used to be. That's all thanks to rye for being  there for me, if he wasn't there I'm not sure we're I would be in life if he wasn't by my side. He's so caring he help me get my life together after my father died. He come over and helped me clean my house he even paid for our mortgage and I'm so grateful for that.

So I wanna do something special for him because he helped me a lot, put up with all my moods swings. He let me cry in his arms for hours. He would always do stuff for me so now it's my turn to do something nice for him. What should I do for him though I could take him to a park for a picnic, go to the movies or take him to the lake I use to go to with my family camping maybe rye and I could turn it into our thing. Yep that what I'm gonna do it's seems more special. I roll out of bed trying not to wake Rye, as I'm about to get up when rye grabs my wrist
"Where are you going babe" he says half asleep
"I'm just going to toilet" I lied
"Okay don't be long I wanna cuddle"
"Okay babe" I say and give him a quick kiss
He then rolls over and goes back to sleep. I walk out to the lounge room and think about what I'm gonna do for him today I know I'm taking him to the lake
but I need to do more. Maybe We'll Go to the movies then I'll take him to a nice restaurant I have a little money saved for when we were saving to pay for the mortgage but now that rye has paid for it I can spend it on him.
I call up the restaurant and book and reservation for around 4 o'clock in the after noon.

I go back up to my room and climb back in next to rye he rolls over and pulls me closer making me the little spoon
R. "You took your time" he said
A. "Yeah sorry I felt a little sick" I lied again
R. "It's okay your here now, are you okay"
A. "Yeah I'm fine baby"
R. "Good"
He then pulls me closer and We then go back to sleep for a while.

Rye's POV
Its around 11:30 when I woke up I rolled over to hug Andy but he wasn't there i pouted
I walked down stairs and seen Andy making breakfast I walk up to him placing my hands around his waist
R. "Morning Babe"
A. "Morning" he said turning around placing a kiss on my lips and goes back to cooking.
R. "Since when does Andy Fowler cook especially breakfast"
A. I wanted to make breakfast for you this time since your always making it for me"
R. "Aww babe that sweet" I go and sit down at the table and Andy hands me a plate of bacon and eggs
A. Rye I have a surprise for you later"
R. " aww babe what is it"
A. "Sorry can't tell you"
R. "But you know I hate when you don't tell me"
A. " I know but it's a surprise"
R. "Aww but baby please"
A. "No rye"
R. "Ugh Fine"

We then eat our breakfast and get ready for the day.

(Skip to the  end of the day)
It's now 4 o'clock we're getting ready Andy's taking me somewhere but won't tell me. We are now in the car on our way to where ever Andy's taking me.
We reach the movie theatre
A. "Don't worry babe this isn't your surprise, well it's kinda half but yeah"
R. " babe I don't care if this was the surprise as long as I'm with you, so what are we watching babe"
A. " captain marvel"
R. "Aww I love the marvel movies"
A. "I know that why were watching it"

Once the movie has finished Andy takes me to a nice restaurant we finish up and get back in the car
R. "Andy where are we going now"
A. "You'll see"
R. "Okay"
We are now parked under a tree near some sort of bush thing.
"Babe where are we"
" I'll show you get out of the car"
"Okay" he takes my hand and were walking though some path way thing, when we reach the end there light glared over the water
R. "It's beautiful here"
A. " yeah, babe come sit down" he said pulling his laptop out of his bag and laying a blanket down on the grass, we watched a bit of riverdale
R. "Babe"
A. "Yeah"
R. "Why are you doing this"
A. "Doing what"
R. "Doing all of this for me"
A. "I wanted to do all of this for you because your always taking care of me, putting up with my mood swings, helping clean my house, paying for our mortgage, just being there for me all the time.
I never thought about how you felt or what you may be going thought because you were just to caught up with me and my stuff I never got to do anything for you.   So I brought you here to make today about you and show you how much I love you and that I'm sorry I haven't show you as much love as you have shown me the past few months so I'm sorry.
R. "Aww babe that's so sweet of you you didn't have to I'll always be here for you, but I really appreciate what your doing. It's so okay that you didn't think of me baby I mean look at what you went through I just wanted to be there for you you didn't have to be there for me, okay I love you so much for doing this
A. "I'm sorry baby, I love you to"
R. "There no need to be sorry Andy okay"
A. " okay sorry it not really a surprise but yeah"
R. "Babe it's doesn't matter it's perfect"
We staying in each other arms for awhile before handing back home.
