Drabble 04 | Handle & Play

"Don't cry please" pleaded the baby's father when the mother entered their room.

"Shivaay you couldn't handle Shivika even for five minutes?!" Anika, the mother asked disbelievingly when her husband pouted, "it's easier to handle you than her!"
Anika laughed out while he danced to his daughter's cry and she stopped crying immediately settling in the cradle.

Anika was really tired, completely messy with the day's work she had. She was patting her baby to sleep when Shivaay unclipped her messy hair bun.

As her hairs fall on her face, she looked even more prettier helping Shivaay lose his control over himself. He was right next to her playing with her hairs and nuzzling her neck when Anika whispered gently pushing him away "Shivaay, Shivika is right in front of us!"

Shivaay looked at Shivika and she gave him back an assuring smile, "My princess wants us to play even longer! She is enjoying this" he smirked.
"Shivaay!" Anika called out to him in disbelief continuing, "You are enjoying this, not Shivika!"

"Yes I do!" Shivaay said, back hugging her tightly while they see their baby peacefully sleeping in the cradle letting them enjoy the night.
