Drabble 46 | Coffee

"Mom please get me some coffee!" Anika asked settling herself in a couch as she came back from office.

She was too busy seeing her phone that she didn't notice what was happening around. After a minute or two, she took the cup placed on the table still eyeing her phone.

Talking a sip, she realized it was milk and not coffee. Looking up, she found her husband gazing at her.

"Shivaay, I wanted coffee" Anika said sadly.
"Only milk from now on. Coffee has a lot of caffeine content and it isn't good for our baby" he stated when Anika glared at him, "Shivaay this is so bad. You are thinking only about our baby and not me!" She complained.

He simply smiled and settled next to her with his cup.

"Sir alone wants to enjoy his kali coffee!" Anika said irritated but in minutes she realized he was drinking milk too.

She looked at him when he said smiling, "This is for you! Giving you company"

"Thank you" she said kissing his cheeks gently.
