Interview - Get to know XiuYing

(Honestly I have no idea where I was going with this)

XiuYing POV

I walked into the large, mostly white, room, as I sat down on the floor where they told me to, I started to feel slightly intimidated.
The feeling soon was washed away though, as they brought out puppies.
The reason I was here!

"Hello I am Yang XiuYing and I'm here to answer questions you lot sent to Buzzfeed!"
I said happily while I waved one of the puppies paws at the camera.

Soon they started the interview, as I laid on the floor and played with the puppies, one had sat on my back while the other 2 were trying to get me to open my hands, as I had treats in them.

"Question 1- what's your favourite colour?"
"Probably blue or purple, as both have certain meanings to me but if it's clothes then probably yellow!"

"Question 2- Where did you used to live as a child?"
"woah, that was years ago /laughing/ I used to live in Lincolnshire, England!"

"Question 3- Apart from SME idols, which idols are you closest to?"
"Ah~ this one is harder" I said with a small smile trying to remember all of the many memory's I have had with all my idol friends. "hm~ I'm probably closest to Got7's foreign line, Skz' Chan and Felix, also Day6... can I say Amber?.. damn I'm social."

"Question 4- What was it like to live in the dorms with 12 boys?"
"It was like living with a bunch of children sometimes, but if I'm completely honest I would rather live with 12 boys than 12 girls but that's just me.. It was really fun when we all lived together, apart from when Baekhyun would break into my room to ask me if I preferred him or Minseok.. which happened often." I chuckled quietly at the memory "I miss that time.." I mumbled as a puppy climbed on my shoulder and poked its head through my hair cutely, making me let out a loud laugh as it's hair tickled my neck.

"Question 5- Fans noticed you have a scar on your lip, where did it come from?"
I put on a fake serious face and lowered my gaze, acting as if it was a long story.
"Oh.. it was a dark dark night, I was walking past a graveyard when I man came at me!"
I lifted my gaze from the floor and laughed,
"no actually it was from when I was playing a game we called 'Tickle Monster', it's abit like tig apart from you don't become it, you go to jail. Anyway I was running away from the lass who was it and, I fell head first on the floor and along came the scar!"

"Question 6- What would you want to say to sasaeng 'fans' if you could?"
as the woman behind the camera asked the question, I felt my face fall as I became tense.
"Stop trying to call us. We won't answer your phone calls, it stresses us out more. Stop trying to get into our houses. I get it, you care about your favourite idols, don't try to enter their fucking houses or hotel rooms without permission. It's an invasion of our privacy and your coming into our personal lives, stop.
And to the person who keeps knocking on my window at 3am. My fucking bedroom window. If you don't stop putting post it notes with your phone number on my window, I will sue you.
I am so fucking close to buying a whole guarded neighbourhood and letting idols who have this issue live there. I am so bloody close to throwing my phone off a cliff, but I'd probably find it again because you call it that much."
I pulled out my phone and showed that another sasaeng was calling it, my face heating up as I felt angrier.
"whoever the fuck you are. You aren't a real fan. you don't give a shit about me, or any other idol who you do this to.
want to talk to me? come to a fan sign, simple.

you know what, take it to court if you want to talk to me that badly..
sorry bout that rant"
I threw up a peace sign before picking up a puppy and holding it like simba randomly.
"whoa damn I got serious there yeesh"

"Question 7- Can you sing  30 seconds of a song you often have stuck in your head?"
"oH yEaH mAn! Can I dance aswell?"
-staff nods-
"hELl yEah.. seventeen's holiday!"
-the music starts-

"Question 8- (this one seems more serious) Would you ever consider leaving EXO?"

"..as much as I joke and say that "I'll leave you!" I really don't mean it.. There's something about the group, EXO, that makes me unable to leave.. Something about the twelve idiots I grew into the current me with, made me realise how much I love being around them and even if something bad was to happen I don't think I would be able to leave them. They're my family now, family isn't some part time thing.. you can't break family apart that quickly.
I plan on staying with them through everything."

"Question 9- Who are you closest to in the 95 line group chat? (P.S. I love you and your music!)"
"awW thank you person I don't know!- oW mY bOob!"
-puppy stands on her boob and lays down-
"damn sis I know they ain't that big but- oH yEah The qUestIon.. probably JohnAtHon from nCt and dowoonie from jaesix :)"

"Question 10- What is the scariest film you've watched?"
"mAn none of them were rEALLY scary to be fair.. I barely jumped once at IT, Veronica was boring and the least scary thing I've ever watched to be honest, I watched them both with my parents and grandma. My dad said Insidious and The Blair witch hunt or something (I don't remember the name) are supposed to be scary so I'm going to watch them! .. I'm going to watch In The Tall Grass with a friend of mine who also like horror movies 🙂"

"Question 11- Which group/band/soloist's songs are you most likely to listen to when your happy and when your sad?"

"For when I'm sad.. probably BigBang and  NCT Dream slower songs such as 'Loser' and 'Candle Light'!
..For when I'm happy I have a large variety of songs I would listen to.. BEAST's 'Fiction', NCT Dream's 'Don't Need Your Love', BigBang's 'FXXK It' and many more!"

"Question 12- If you could cover any song (or songs) which would it be?"

"BEAST's 'Fiction', WayV's 'Let Me Love You' (because they are too underrated for their talent), UNB's 'Feeling' (more underrated talented bois) or maybe 'Everybody' by The Backstreet Boys!"

"hEy it's the thirteenth question!"
XiuYing said excitedly as she started singing the "EXO" part in 'Two Moons'
"eXo (twO mOons)"

"..ok I'll be quiet"

"Did you share a room with anyone or did you have your own room during your debut (ot13 era)?"

"I shared a room with.. damn who did I share a room with.. oK 'twas (1965 oK soRry).. I shared my room with wU yIfAn because I knew him before all the other idiots or something I have no idea!"

"Question 14- who were you closest with when you first started training?"

"oh like when I was at jyp?"

"yes"

"okIE dOkEy.. I was probably closest with Day6's Dowoon and Jae and Got7's foreign line along with Youngjae"

"Question 15- Did you always have dogs growing up?"

"nah.. I origionally had two cats and two fish at the same time the cats were around for the first 7/8 years of my existence then died at 18 and 19 and we buried them in the garden ironically one is next to the hole in the fence where our neighbours cats used to come in our garden from and the other is now surrounded by grass that our neighbours cats would play in and eat in a way
the fish ended up being multiple with the same two names because they fought a lot and one even jumped out the tank when we had the cats
luckily I was downstairs in the kitchen playing with my moonsand next to the back door and called my parents to come and get it when I realised it was a fish. Not a balloon"

"aYe it's the end of the interview because yo girl gotta scoot! I gotta go feed my kids and water my octopus mAn.. anyway! bYe!"
I said while laughing quietly before picking up a puppy and waving with it.
