Double Date

-the next day sitting in the couch*
Tina *groans* "I'm bored!"
Tony sitting playing video games "well find something to do then"
"easy for you to say, at least you're doing something"
"mhm now be quiet so I can concentrate, this is the final boss needed to beat the game!"
"man Ryan was always so interested in video games too... hold on, heyyy tonyyyy!"
"what is it now?"
"How's about a double date? Now that I know you have a girlfriend, let's do something special"
"B-But w-wait hold on... a double date really?"
"Yeah why not, I mean..."
"Sure let's go. I'll get my things"
"Well that was fast"
"H-hey I'm just excited is all"
"Mhm sure tiger"
Tina calls up Ryan and tony texts Kat if they'd like to go for a double date. Ryan, a bit confused, agreed and went to pick out an outfit. Kat replied in her shyish manner and caught a bit off guard by it but nonetheless agreed and went to pick a dress.
-about an hour later-
*ding dong*
Tony "Kat!"
Kat "Tony!"
They both grabbed each other in for a long hug.
Tony "what took you so long?"
"Well I mean a dress like this had to be the best and it took a while to get ready ya know with all the makeup and stuff"
"Well I think you look beautiful with or without all the fancy stuff on"
Kat starting to blush just faintly "Aww stop you're making me blush"
"Alright baby girl, let's get going. Tina, you ready?"
-40 minutes earlier-
*ding dong*
Tina "oh that's probably Ryan, I got it"
Ryan "hey Tina"
"Hey cutie" as she pulls him in for a kiss
"Super sweet babe"
"Not as sweet as you ☺️"
"So we ready to go yet?"
"Not yet, we still need to wait for Kat to show up"
"Ok"
"Here come upstairs with me for a sec"
...
Ryan "Still the classic orange and black stripes"
Tina "Well of course, hey do you mind helping me out?"
"Not at all! What's up"
"So. Kat will be here in a few minutes and I need that time to look the best as possible to prove that we are the ultimate power couple"
"Baby you already look perfect"
Tina starting to blush "Ryan this is serious"
"So am I" as he grabs her waist. They both stare into each other's eyes for a few seconds and pull together for a kiss. "You don't need any makeup or whatever to be better. Just be you. All it is is a double date, right? Don't try to overdo it babe"
"Alright cutie, I won't go overboard. But I still want to look good for you" with a grin on her face.
"Man, can never be satisfied"
"Hey!"
"Haha"
...
Tina in her bathroom yelling out "ok cutie, you ready"
Ryan "ready as I'll ever be"
"Go close your eyes"
"Closing" as he shuts his eyes
"Ready?"
"Go for it baby!"
"Alright... what do you think?"
Ryan stands there with a loss for words. In front of him stands his beautiful girl in the most amazing dress he's seen yet:

Tina "what's wrong cutie" as she says with a smile on her face "something wrong?"
Ryan "n-no I'm just at a loss right now"
"Hehe good. Now I know I got the right outfit"
"Ok how many dresses do you actually have? We've been on so many dates and every time you wear a different one"
"I don't know, just something you're gonna have to find out for yourself?"
Ryan rolls his eyes
*ding dong*
Tina "oh that must be Kat"
Ryan still staring at her
Tina "what cutie"
"It's just, there's something I need to tell you"
"Oh yeah I forgot about that, what's wrong cutie you look scared?"
"Tina, I want to get this out know before something happens"
"Cutie?"
"Tina? Will—"
Tony "Tina, you ready?"
Tina "yeah just hold on!" "What is it cutie?"
Ryan "I— never mind, something for another time"
"You sure cause..."
"Yeah. I'm sure"
"If you say so, just don't get hurt will you. Your face was really worrying me for a sec there"
"Yeah don't worry, cmon let's go"
Leo drives the couple out to a restaurant and books two tables: one for the children and one for him (bc he didn't want to seem like he was intruding them). The kids sit at a booth with tony and Kat on one side and Tina and Ryan on the other. When the waitress comes around:
Waitress "can I get you four anything to drink to start you off"
Tina "can I get a chocolate milk!"
Ryan "Of course, Ummm do you serve tea at this hour?"
Waitress "sorry we only serve a morning tea"
Ryan "that's fine, umm can I just get a water then?"
Kat "a-and same with me, I'll take a water"
Tony "can I get a thing of lemonade please?"
Waitress "mhm sure, that's one chocolate milk, two waters and a lemonade? Alright I'll be back with your drinks"
Ryan "cmon you should have asked if they had lemonineminade!"
Tony "I don't think they would have that here. Plus I was trying to be formal"
"Really you? Formal?"
Kat got a slight giggle out of that
Tony "hey don't take his side"
Kat "I'm not, I just thought it was funny"
Tina "I'm surprised Kat that you didn't get a thing of milk too"
Kat "Yeah I just get a little shy and water was the first thing that came to me"
Tony "it's alright, if you want we can share the lemonade"
"O-oh you don't mind?"
"Not at all"
Tina "cmon you two save the sharing for dessert!"
When their drinks came, they placed their order for their food and talked until it came out. During this time something caught Ryan's eye in the distance
Ryan "hey isn't that, oh no I recognize him now"
Tina "hm who is it cutie?"
Ryan "Pip..."
Tony "wait our old neighbor is here?"
Ryan "apparently, let's just hope he doesn't see us here"
A few minutes later Pip stands up to use the restroom and notices a beautiful tiger dress and sees that:
Pip "Tina?"
He walks on over to see the four sitting at the table and stands right at the end saying:
Pip "Tina? Is it really you?"
Tina *sighing a depressing groan* "yess Pip"
Pip "wow you look stunning today"
Tina rolls her eyes and Ryan "hey just back off a little"
Pip "ok ok chill man, just pointing out a pretty girl"
Ryan "then go point out a different one besides mine!"
Pip takes a look around the room "no can do. No one else catches my eyes"
Ryan just flares at him as Kat let's put a sigh of relief.
Pip "Well I'll be seeing you guys later than, ya know with school starting up soon"
Tina "don't say..."
Pip "yep, I'll be going to the same school as you from now on!"
Ryan "you say that like it's a good thing"
Pip "is it not?"
Ryan "well just stay away from my girl and don't get any ideas of her got it?"
Pip "we'll see" as he walks off.
Tina "man I can't believe that"
Ryan "I know it's pretty terrible"
Tina "Ryan?" As she grabs his hand "I'm scared"
This was the first time he ever heard her say something like that. Normally it's everyone who is scared of her but now she's the one scared.
Ryan "don't worry baby, I'll be there to make sure nothing bad happens to you"
Tina looks up with tears now in her eyes. Ryan wipes her face and kisses her on the forehead. "Nothing bad will happen to you, and if it does, it will need to answer to me"
