*Good Job, Shields*

(Amelia's P.O.V)

"Shields, are you okay to brief us on the situation?"

I nodded, standing up. My stomach fluttered as all eyes turned to me. "Tom Bakewell, twenty-two, was shot today in the Corner Coffee Cafe. Our current suspect is George Oswell, thirty-four, whom I believe is innocent," I began, feeling my voice waver slightly; I wasn't used to speaking in front of a room full of attentive people. Even in my past cases in the Academy, I often left the explanations to my team members.

"From the, uh, recent interview," I continued, gulping nervously. "We can now conclude the order of events. This evening, at approximately two thirty, our Unsub entered the coffee shop and began threatening George Oswell - manager - and his family. We don't yet know what these threats included, but they were certainly vicious enough to encourage Oswell to draw his gun. The Unsub supposedly snatched the weapon from Oswell's hand and proceeded to shoot Tom Bakewell in the head. We don't know if he was the appointed target, or if he was any way involved in this, but Oswell, under the Unsub's command, dragged Bakewell's body to the storeroom closet, in which he stuffed his body. The Unsub then proceeded to threaten the other witnesses, before taking his leave."

I finished with a final gulp and glanced around tentatively. They looked pleased with my explanation, so I sat down quietly.

"Thank you, Agent Shields," Hotch said. "So we are confident Oswell did not shoot Tom Bakewell?"

I nodded. "He couldn't have. The blood stain on the desk proves Bakewell collapsed there when he was shot; he must have either been ordering or shielding George. Oswell would have been standing behind the worktop, when the shot was fired from the other side of the room."

Hotch nodded thoughtfully. "The shop was full, yes?" Damn it, why didn't I include all of these details.

"Yes, sir." A thought suddenly struck me, jolting me from my chair. "Wait, Oswell said the man threatened him and his family. Do you think they could be in danger."

Hotch glanced at me with a start. "Yes. Let's go." Oh, that was quick.

The team nodded and jumped out of their seats. As Reid passed me, he whispered something in my ear, making my heart leap. "Good Job, Shields."

*Annnnnnnd it's back to small parts again. Soooooory! (not really) ;) Haha. I just wanted to update before I head off to school.*
