Over the busy city of new york which is......... Surprisingly peaceful for some reason.
On the top one of largest sky scrapers, there is a silhouette of man, sitting on the edge of building and................ Eating Boritos?
(Y/N)'s pov Man! Seven days! Its been seven days! No robbers, no murderers ,not even a picker! Isn't this some sort of job extinction?!
My only job...... Has come to fucking halt! Maybe I'll just move to some nearby city and come back when there is a problem.

I felt vibration in my pocket, looked like someone had called, when i checked who it was... 'Speak if the devil.' I picked up the call. "Hey jessie......" I said trying to hide the frustration. "Hey (Y/N)! Cometothelabineedyourhelp!" She hung up........
"She didn't even i ask if i was busy or wanted to come........ -_-"
I put up my mask and got up, and 'Swing away' to the freakin lab!
Time skip- 30 mins later. I landed on top of the lab building and took off my suit , kept it on my bag, and walked down to the laboratory, before i could even knock on the door, it swung open! And there stood jessie.

I'd be lying if i said i wasn't a bit..... Turned on, i immediately brushed it off.
She jumped on top of me and wrapped her arms around my neck. "(Y/N)!! ah glad you came early!! Hurryupcomein!!" She said dragging me inside.
Regardless of her being almost 3 years older than me ,she definitely acts like a excited 9 year old.
I'd by lying if i said i wasn't a bit curious about why she was so excited.
I placed my bag aside and put on a lab coat as she dragged me to a table supporting few beakers and test tube.
"Look at this!" she said pointing a closed beaker. I bent down to see what it was. It looked like a black-slimy-thing. And it was moving.
"Um.... What is this?" i asked trying to figure out what it was. Jessie: D'you remember the meteor crash they reported a week ago on tv? (Y/N): uhh.... Yeah? Jessie: that night i sneaked in to the crash site to take a few samples, that's where i found this. (Y/N): and you didn't get caught? Jessie: nah!
I was poking at the glass to see if it would react, and suddenly when it saw me, it became more energetic and started thrashing around the beaker. As if trying to break free.
