"There! All done!" you said as you finished putting on your adventurer suit.
"I wonder if i can get a SS classed adventure today." you said smiling at yourself in the mirror.

After you were done, you headed out of the house and began walking to the guild.

You took your usual route , walking your way through the silent and moonlit town.

Once you arrived to the guild, you found Rika.

"Yo! Rika!" you called the guild girl, who was sitting at the counter, sipping her coffee.

"Oh! Good morning, (Y/N)!" she said with her signature cherry smile.
"Morning!" you smiled back at her.

You went and stood leaning on the counter.
"Up early i see?" Rika said while offering you a cup of coffee.
"Y-yeah......... No one is awake yet, right?" You asked while lightly blowing the steam off your coffee.

"Well duh! Nobody but you wakes up 4 in the morning, What a pain!" she said while sighing and playing with her long crimson hair.

You looked slightly confused at the statement.
"Wait..... If its a pain, then why did you wake up earlier than me and wait for me with a cup of coffee?" you asked.
"W-well........ Y-you would..... Uhh...... I woke up because... " she couldn't bring out anything to say, and was going a bit red in embarrassment.

You noticed this and placed a hand on her forehead.
"Hey you alright? You don't have a fever, do you?" you asked concerned.
"Ah-ah! Yeah! I caught a cold!" she said placing a hand over her mouth bringing out fake coughs.
"How much more dense can you be?" she whispered behind her hand.
"You said something?" you asked.
"Ah! Nothing at all" she said shrugging.

You took a glance at the empty notice board where all the missions for the day are supposed to be.
"So you haven't displayed the missions yet, huh?" you asked.
"I'll be putting them within few minutes now" she said as she finished her cup of coffee.

"Rika!" "Whaaat!?" she asked in between her scream and question, as you just startled her by slamming hands on the counter table.
She looked at you expecting for you to reason. Meanwhile you just stared her silently.
"What....?" She asked ,only to receive more silent staring as an answer.
She sighed loudly before leaning down the table.
"Yeah yeah, i get it." she said in discouraging tone.

She placed a stack of papers on the table in front of you. They were today's missions before pinning them on notice board for all to see.
"Hmph! Why am i even going so far for an idiot like you?" she said while folding her arms and puffing her cheeks while looking away.
"Thank you Rika!" you said as you started going through the list.

Most of them were boring ones or the types suited for starter class adventurers.
"Hmm....lets see.... 'Goblins' Meh! 'Giant toad problem' Bah!
'killer crocs' Hell nah!
'Giant bugs' Seriously?
'Some girl causing explosions on random places while spotted getting carried by a guy' So what?!
'A groom for the unmarri-' Are you kidding me!?" You yelled out loud.

"Shhhh, others are still asleep, you know?" While keeping an eye closed.
"S-sorry...." You said rubbing the back of your neck.
'Alright, I'm gonna close my eyes and pull out a random mission, And that's it for today' You said to yourself as you closed your eyes and took a deep breath.

You put your hands on the edge of the stash and pulled out a paper. Relying on your luck, you opened your eyes to see what you got.
"Hmm lets see, 'The Princess Yuuna of Alubumin Kingdom has been kidnapped and held captive by a Grey cyclops. Adventurers and Hero's seeking to help, please report to the royal palace by noon. The reward will be 10000000 PLATINUM COINS!?!?" You yelled at the last part in surprise. As you didn't expect such a high pay for a 'damsel in distress' job.
"Geez, keep it down, will you?" Rika said smiling.
