Chapter 3

Chenle
A week into the term and Chenle still hadn't made a start to the lyrics of his song.
"For English half of your grade is from the term final exam, and half is from your group project." the teacher changed the slides.

                              Loving Yourself

"The theme is loving yourself. I can't tell you anything about the essay for now, but for the project you'll be working in threes. You should make a presentation which you'll present to the rest of the class following the theme. It should have extracts from one of the three books that we have covered this term, and explain each of the extracts and answer the question: In what light does each author show self-love?" She changed the slide again, showing the groups that they would be working in.

group 1) Renjun, Donghyuck, Yangyang
group 2) Xiaojun, Lucas, Sicheng
group 3) Hendery, Mark, Kun
group 4) Jisung, Chenle

"It's due in on the 15th April. Make sure you work together."
Jisung tapped Chenle on the shoulder.
"Hey, you're Chenle right? You're my partner," he said, smiling "Can you give me your number? I'll call you later."
He held out his phone for Chenle.
"Uh yeah one sec," Chenle took the phone and entered his number. As Chenle handed his phone back, the bell rang signalling the end of the day. Jisung took his phone and bag.
"I'll see you later then, yeah?"
"Yeah."

Jisung arrived home. He took his books and laptop out onto his desk and started on his homework. His phone buzzed and he picked it up.

You:
woah you said something not in capitals

Yangyang:

Chenle put down his phone. He hadn't spoken to another student other than Yongqin in months.
