On Bounty, Kai's P.O.V.

I looked at the stopwatch. "Ten minutes, he just broke his own record! The guy is unhuman!" I

cried. Cole and Jay looked at the watch. Zane had been underwater for ten minutes. He popped

up. "Amazing," Cole said. Jay pretended to bow down. "We're not worthy," he joked. "Did I break

the record?" Zane asked. "You destroyed it," I replied. "Is anyone thinking what I'm thinking?

We've been training for so long. Just think of all that we have accomplished," Jay said. I

explained the time I ran on flaming hot coals. Jay explained the time he hung by one arm on the

highest skyscraper in the city. He was also upside down. Cole explained the time he lifted a bar

with all the weights we own over his head. Jay and Nya were also on it. "The question should be

raised, have we reached our full potential," Zane said. We decided to tell Sensei.

Inside Bounty, Cole's P.O.V.

We were all arguing about who could do the most pushups as we walked into Sensei's room.

Everyone continued arguing as I looked at Sensei. He was in deep thought. "Sensei, how do we

know if we reached..." I began before I stopped. The others seemed to realize as well. I bowed

my head with the others. "Our apologies, Sensei, we've interrupted you," Zane said. He put

down a sword. "I'm sorry if I have been distant lately," Sensei Wu said. "My mind has been

elsewhere since Lloyd has gone missing. But what can I help you with?" he asked. "Sensei,

what if we have completed our training? What if we have reached our full potential? What if

we're ready?" I asked. "You might have reached your physical condition, but you have yet to

reach your inner potential," Sensei answered. "In each of any one of us, there are obstacles that

hold us back. Only when you conquer that fear, your heart will free. Only then will you reach

your true potential. Only then will you be able to stop the Serpentine from releasing the Great

Devourer," he explained Sensei choked on the word Great Devourer. "There is more than the

Great Devourer than you let on, isn't there, Sensei?" Zane asked. "I too have obstacles in my

heart. There is a story I never told you," Sensei said. "One day long ago, Garmadon and I were

more than brothers. We were the best of friends," he told us. "Wait a minute! Now I know you

two were brothers, but really-- The king of cruelty, the doer of destruction, the captain of

chaos, and you two were friends?" Jay cried, shock at what he just heard. "Please, no

interruptions," Sensei begged. "You see, he did not always have a wicked heart. One day, I lost

this very cantana," he said as he stopped and showed us the cantana. "Knowing our father

would be mad, Garmadon told me to retrieve it, but I refused. He told me not to put off until

tomorrow what can be done today and went to get it himself. When my father found him, he was
