Don't Run Away

Chapter 5

I opened the garage with the password and it worked correctly. Inside was that Tesla. I took the key out of my pocket and unlocked it. Once it opened, the screen said that it is in "Demonstration Mode." Which means that it will not drive.

 I reached in my pocket and I forgot that she gave me an iPhone along with this. I turned on the iPhone and unlocked it. This was the same code as the garage. There was only three apps. Settings, app store, and the Tesla app. Curiously, I open the Tesla app. 

It says that it is logged out and I need to sign in with the email and password associated with the Tesla. I do not have this. I was starting to get aggravated and slammed my head in my palm. I used this blue light and tried to look on everything she gave me and I got no result of an email or password. 

I began to search the vehicle for anything. The only thing that I found was a charger for an iPhone. I plugged in the iPhone she gave me for some more battery. Once I plugged it in, the screen popped up something. It said "One note available. Please enter code to view note." 

The code that was used on the garage door and the iPhone did not work. Although, the charger did have a code with the blue light. That worked. 

The note in the car actually did have the email but no password. I took a picture of the email and closed the note. As I left the vehicle, I noticed something. Under the car, was a trapdoor. I could not fit under the car so I had to move it but it is in demo mode. 

I had no other choice. I had to somehow get this car out of demo mode. I went home and Mia was getting suspicious that I have not been home. I told her that I was at work but she did not believe me because I start next month. 

I still did not tell her the truth. I told her that I am exploring around a lot. She somehow believed that. The next morning I did not give up, I went back to search for that password! But wait, this is strange. There is a new message on the Tesla screen. It says that it needs to be charged. I do not have a Tesla charger! 

After all the charger was in the glove box after I saw this button and clicked it which opened the glove box. I plugged the charger into the garage wall and plugged it in. When I went to close the glove box I dd realize that the charger was not the only thing in there. 

There was also a note. It did not have the password but it did have something. I totally forgot about this! Allyssa gave me a box as well when I first saw her and the note is telling me to open the box. 

I remember putting the box into my trunk. I went to my trunk and opened the box. Inside was a key card that read 'Tesla' on it. "Well, here we go again" I said to myself. On the back of the card it had an address. 

I went to the address and to my surprise, there was no lock on the garage. It was just opened with a Tesla. I gently placed the card on the door and it unlocked. This one thankfully had no notes or anything. I just took the car and drove back to the other garage. 

This time, that Tesla was not there. That trapdoor was in the middle of the garage but it did have a four number lock. This is terrible.
