"How's that sound?" He asked with a mischievous smile. 'Maybe this isn't a great idea but why not try?' Jonathan asked himself as he slowly sinks into the bed next to the beautiful redhead.
Sherwin~
"Uh... yea! You go first." I said quickly, hoping my face didn't go as red as it felt. I watched as Jonathan's face quickly crinkled, indicating he was thinking. I sat there for what seemed like years, waiting for him to break the awkward silence.
"Who do you like?" Jonathan asked, and maybe I just imagined it, but I'm sure I saw red tint his cheeks a bit. "OH WOWWW! Ummmm..." I said awkwardly scratching the back of my neck and looking down.
"Ok sorry maybe that was too forward. What about your favorite color?" He asked, looking much more comfortable.
Jonathan~
I watched as his face lit up when I asked the question. "Sunset orange... not really an orangey orange or a yellowy orange, but almost a pinkish color. Like peach." He grinned and looked in the distance toward my window, I'm sure, imagining the look of the color. "Wow..." I trailed off, staring at him again.
"Okkkk your turn" my face suddenly got very hot when I realized how cute Sherwin looked in this moment.
Sherwin~
"Oh ok. How do you get your hair so perfect? Mine just kinda..." I said, gesturing to the very messy bush on the top of my head. He kind of did a chuckle and ran a hand over the front of his hair. "I just put a lot of gel in it. I hate it honestly. I like yours much more." He suddenly reached out to touch my hair.
Jonathan~
'What are you thinking?! Maybe he doesn't want you to touch his hair. Maybe you're taking this too fast for him.' I thought as I reached out to get a good feel of his red hair. Eventually my hand touched its destination and I felt his soft head of hair. I looked down and saw his beautiful brownish-orange eyes and everything in the world stopped and I slowly started leaning in, closer and closer to his face......
