last chapter: "Thanks Billy, and thank you for letting us stay here." I said releasing him from the hug.

"Of course, you're family." He said and then went on to tell me my room was down the hall next to my cousin Jacob's, who was out with his friends and wouldn't be back til late but was very excited we're in town. I thanked him again before saying goodnight and heading to my room to get some sleep.

y/n POV
The sun shown in through the large windows hitting my face, the birds chirping woke me up. It seemed like it was one of those rare sunny days in Forks and I planned on taking advantage of that. I sifted through some boxes that billy and mom had brought up after I fell asleep last night. I found some blue jeans and black cropped t-shirt, I threw my hair into a high pony and threw on my grey vans. Heading downstairs the scent of bacon filled my nose and I was down stairs faster then you can say 'supercalifragilisticexpialidocious'!

"Hey coz!" Jacob said as I reached the kitchen, I stopped in complete shock. The Jacob I knew was a 10 year old kid with long straight black hair and scrawny build and this Jacob was a man who definitely did steroids or something! And his hair was completely chopped off.

"Jacob?" I asked in total disbelief. This had to be an imposter.

"Yeah?" He asked cocking his head to the side seemingly confused.

"What happened to your hair?" I asked, seeing as this was probably the safer topic.

" I chopped it." He said shrugging. As if his hair that he used to live for wasn't important to him anymore.

"So no more braiding your beautiful locks?" I asked whipping away a fake tear as he chuckled.

"You'll survive some how." He said smiling over at me as he walked over giving me a hug. I hugged back and then we broke apart to get breakfast.

We talked about everything and I mean everything. I had missed so much but it was nice to see that some things never change like Jacob and my friendship.

"Hey! Let's go do something. I'm bored." I whined at him and his face lit up like he had an idea.

"Let's go to the beach." He said smiling fondly like it was the best place on earth.

"Sure," I said with a shrug. "Which one?" I asked to which his smile widened.

"La Push"
