Ability to use the powers of a dragon.
Example: This quirk gives the user physical features of a dragon but they can also turn into a dragon. The user can breathe fire and ice and has the strength of a dragon. Though this quirk can be split between fire and ice twins.
Drawbacks: Include migraines, fatigue, and passing out.
