As years passed by, many things changed, and the friendship of the two kids gradually disappeared. The blond, bullied the smaller one to let out his frustrations to the other. While the green haired, continues to follow the latter because of his undying admiration but, slowly, he can clearly see how the blond don't want him and, not getting involve with Izuku, thus, making him stop and live his own life with his strong as ever want to become a hero, although, this time not with Katsuki.

They are now at the senior year at junior high school, and as usual, he was being bullied, if not by Katsuki, then from the other classes. He was used to it but he never let go to his head.

"Suicide?" No, he won't kill himself for some petty words that will make his beloved mother cry. He love her too much to leave her alone.

"Quirkless?" No, I'm not. Some just helped me to live longer, although the payment was to be ordinary. He sighed. He didn't even learn what his quirk was.

"I'm much stronger, mentally." He said and sighed. He is sacrificing this much for his mother. Not that he mind.

He packed his things up before he cleaned the room. They were at the cleaning duty but because they are too 'busy' honing their quirks. They leave it to him, because he have nothing hone, he just sighed and continue moping. He would be finished before the school closes, if he was lucky enough to be picked by Katsuki this time around.

Thinking this. He did not notice the pair of red eyes watching him cleaning alone. Even though the blond wanted to help the greenette, his pride won't. So he let the other clean and leave when the latter had finished.

Silence have always been his friend ever since the blond left his side completely when they are 4 years old. No more yelling, no more cursing, no more Kacchan. He really missed the times the spent together, laughing and living their own worlds, but that was now impossible. He was quirkless, useless in the society, and cannot have what he dreams the most. Being a hero, especially with Kacchan. He should really let go or it will only hurt more and more, but he can't. He don't know why but he still can't let go of the blond and live more.

After cleaning up, he went outside the school. The gate was already closed but he jumped off the fence and land in his feet in the other side. He usually do this because it was fun and making him more lively. Maybe cleaning up alone is not that bad at all.

Arriving home, he was welcomed with the scent of his favorite food, Katsudon. His mouth watered as he move closer. Putting his bag on the sofa he approach his mother and give her a hug from behind.

"I'm home." He greeted and gave her a smile.

Inko reciprocated it will a softer smile. "Welcome home, Izuku." She answered.

Being alone has it's advantages, especially when he was analyzing heroes. Silence is the best.

While walking to school he watched how Mount lady and Kamui woods take out a villain terorizing the city. He can't help but fanboy and mutter about their quirks. Even though he have no quirk anymore he still and will be a hero despite the insults of his classmates and people around him in his dream being a hero and his application in U.A. He will never let give up!

As he reminisce the even earlier, his eyes shone in excitement as he muttered this to himself and writing it down at his hero analysis after class. He have no cleaning duty, so he free on doing what he wants in the room when they are done cleaning. He was too preoccupied that he did not notice Katsuki and his lankies. As always they said hurtful things but today they took it to a different level.

"If you want a quirk that much why not take a swan dive into the roof! Maybe in your next life you might have your quirk! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!" He said and laughed with his two lankies. He took Izuku's hero analysis and burnt it then throwing it out, before they leave.

Sad was an understatement to what he was feeling right now, that truly hurt him and crashed him, but he was will holding onto his dream. He will never take a swan dive and leave his mom. He will become a hero.
