CHAPTER FIFTHEEN

TZUYU'S POV

"Mom, where's the cereal?" I asked.

"Sorry sweetheart we ran out" my mom replied.

"It's fine I'll just buy" I said and went to my room to change my clothes and took my purse.

I went to the garage. Yes,  I have my own car now and I'm living with my mom.

I went to the nearest mall in our place. I wore my mask before going out. I shopped for foods.

While shopping I stopped when I saw a large screen playing TWICE new song. They made a comeback without me after being in hiatus for a year. I smiled bitterly.

"I miss you unnies" I said and a tear fell on my cheeks.

While shopping I felt hunger so I went to a restaurant. I ordered my food and went to my table.

"Umm hi" said the guy standing in front of me.

"Hi, who are you?" I asked because I can't see his face because of the cap and mask.

He lowered his mask like mine to see his face.

"Your Tzuyu right? From TWICE" he asked. I gave him a nod.

"I'm Guanlin" he introduced hiself.

"Ahhh, your from WannaOne" I said and he gave me a genuine smile.

I offered him a seat and we started chatting until our food arrive.

"Why are you here? Vacation?" I asked.

"Yeah, WannaOne just disbanded so I took a break I will debut under CUBE soon" he said.

"Wow, congrats wish you all the best" I said.

"Thanks. How about you? It's been a year since you've be inactive in the industry" He asked.

"Uhmm, I just need a break" I said and continue eating.

"Do you mind if I ask something" he said.

"No. What is it?" I said.

"I just want to know what really happened. I was just curious. It was one of the hot topic back then" he said.

At first I was hesitate to tell him because I'm afraid that it will just affect me again. I'm afraid that the pain that I tried to hide will come back again.

"It's okay if you don't w-" I cut his words.

"No it's fine, I think it's the right time for me to release my pain" I said.

FLASHBACK

After the rumors was confirmed it spread really fast not just in Korea but also internationally.

We've been the center of the news and it almost became a scandal. So we decided to stay quite for a while and let our CEOs handle this.

I just stayed at our dorm and I wasn't able to do our group activities. JYP said that it will be better if I stay away from the eye of the public for a while.

But then I received a call from JYP. He asked me to come to the company because we need to talk.

When I arrive my manager immediately fetched me to make sure no one noticed me.

I arrived at JYPs office.

"Tzuyu, there's only one way to clean everything and that is we need to hold a press and in that press you will clean everything" JYP said.

"What do you mean by clean everything?"  I asked.

"In the press they will asko you questions and you will answer them with honesty" JYP said.

"But if I do this the image of the company and it's reputation will be destroyed"  I said.

This is a tough one. I can't just let my company fall with it's artist. I can't let this happen.

"We know, but it's better this way. No lies just pure honesty" JYP said.

I can't do anything against this because it's the company's desicion.

I prepared my two days for my upcoming press conference. I need to be ready after this I will be free from pretending and from the lies.

At the press conference.

JYP was right they will really ask me questions even if it's personal.

"Is it true that your relationship with Jungkook fake?" The reporter asked.

"Yes, everything we showed to the public is fake. We we're never married and we never had any relationship" I answered.

Tzuyu you can do this just answer them with honesty.

"Why did you do that?" Another reporter asked.

"It was for publicity. We did that to help our group and there group" I said.

"But Tzuyu it's not impossible to fall for him right?"  They asked.

What the hell!!

"Yeah, even if your realtionship is fake you both spend your time with each other" said the other one.

Great. Now they are interested in my damn feelings.

I can't answer this it's too personal. If I said a word against this I'm sure it will cause another scandal.

"Excuse me everyone the press is over"  my manager said.

Oh thank God.

"I'm sorry"  thats the only word that came out of my mouth before going backstage.

When I arrived at the backstage my unnies immediately gave me a hug.

"it's over now Tzuyu it's over" Mina unnie said and patted by head.

"Yeah it's really over"  I said.

I guess it's really over Jungkook.
