“ Ian's POV ”

I am heading to work now. My schedule are so hectic & I don't have much time to enjoy life like I did before.

While im On the way to work, I got phone call to dad asking where I am.

“Hello Dad good morning. I'm on the way to the company, is there a problem”, sabi ko with a smile & happy thoughts.

Masiyahin ako. Kung sa mukha mo ako titignan ah eh mapagkakamalan mo akong Monster Boss, strikto at maangas. Bad boy Ika nga.

“Son Mr. Smith is here to meet you with her daughter. Hurry their waiting for you”.. Saad ng ama ko.

Na nagpalungkot sa sakin😔.

Isa na naman ito sigurado sa mga ka partners ni dad sa business na gusto nyang mapangasawa ko pra sa ikalalaki at ikalalawak pa ng kumpanya...

Wala na ba tlga akong karapatang mamili Kung sino ang mamahalin ko at papakasalan ko.. Bakit lahat nalang ng gusto ko bawal At Hindi pupwede..

Minsan naiisip kong maglayas nalang at mamuhay ng mahirap. Ng sa ganun lahat ng gusto ko at pangarap ko ay magawa ko ng walang hahadlang..

Hindi ganito na.. Mayaman nga, pero lahat bawal. Bawal magbulakbol.

Bawal ang late sa work. Bawal makipagdate sa low class level na babae. Bawal gumawa ng kahihiyan sa pamilya.

Dpat laging perfect.. lahat ng gusto ni dad dapat gawin..

Hindi ko nmn kyang iwan si mama, ksama ang dad ko.. My mom is very sweet, kind & so generous in everything.. Unlike my dad he is the opposite..

My mom has a heart problem, & I don't want to be the cause of her being stress out & being sick,

So even im not ok with my dad wants me to do, hmmm? I'll do just do it for my mother sake..

Ng marating ko ang kumpanya ay dumiretso na ako kaagad sa office ni dad..

At pgbukas na pgbukas ko ng door ay nkita ko si dad with his business partner Mr. Smith..

I've seen Mr. Smith already, couple of times & he already told me that his wanting me to be his son-inlaw

But I didn't think his serious at that time. I thought of it as a joke only!!. Because he loves to joke around.

I went to hug my father & shake hands Mr Smith.

“Hi Dad Good morning. I didn't know you will have Mr. Smith here today. Good morning Mr Smith”, sabi ko..

“Ian it was my idea coming here today.. Actually its my daughter. She wants to meet you in person..
You know for sure Ian that your dad & I had an agreement that you & my daughter will get married soon for the sake of our company's. Hope you understand that Ian”. mariin na sabi ni Mr Smith at ngumiti..

“I understand Mr. Smith. by the way, where's your daughter I would love to meet her”...

Nakangiti Kong sabi, ngunit may lungkot sakin Mata.

“She just took some pastry close by here. She'll be here in any minute”. Saad ni Mr. Smith

Tumango nalang ako.. At nkinig nalang sa mga kwentuhan nila dalawa ni dad..

Mkalipas ang sampung minute ay may pumasok na mala dyosa ang ganda at kinis ng balat.

At tinawag si Mr. Smith na dad.. She must be her daughter that I have to marry.

“Dad sorry I took long time in the Pastry Shop. I had a little fight with the bitch there tsk. Who doesn't understand the meaning of rich & poor line. I had to put where she belongs too tsk. Poor bitch”.. Sabi ng anak ni Mr. Smith.
