i looked up and observed
how the clouds bumped each other
colliding as if they wanted to be together
then slowly, i watched them drift away
as the blue sky turned to a violet hue
the colors attracted me
i wanted more
i wanted so much more
so i reached out until a pair of hands carried me
away from my thoughts
and somehow, i felt alive for the first time
