The Blood(Red Velvet Fanfic)

Chapter 15

-Flashback-(A few thousands years ago)

There was a long hair girl who was living in a cave with full of darkness.There was no one here.She lived alone.She doesn’t want to leave the cave.She thought that the outside is full of cursed world.

Whenever she see human outside,her thirst of blood will grew and she can’t stop sucking human blood.There was one time when she can’t stop sucking countless human blood and they die.

She doesn’t want to suck any more blood.She doesn’t want to see human die again because of her.

She was actually an adopted child.A human family adopted her a few years back and one day,when the family found out that the girl is not a human but a vampire,they want to kill her.But then,the girl started to run away and luckily she manage to escape from them and she decided to live in a cave without no one know till she die.

Back to where the girl is alone in the cave,she wanted to go out badly to look at the sun since there was no sunlight in the cave.But she know if she go out,she will kill another human.She don’t want that to happen to her again.But then,she felt someone’s presense in the cave.

“Yeri-yah,are you sure the vampire is here?”

“Of course,I can smell her scent.”

The girl heard 2 voices in the cave.She thought that there no one will find her since this cave was abandoned a few years ago but she think she was wrong.

She slowly grabbed her katana without hearing her grip and started to tip-toeing to the direction where she heard the voices.As she keep tip-toeing,she saw the 2 girls with the torchlight in their hand.

One of the girl suddenly stopped.”Wait.I think a vampire is nearby.”She said,making the girl shocked.

‘How did she know?’ The girl thought.

“Are you sure,Yeri?”

“Yeah,she is right there.”The girl said and the torchlight that she was holding flashes on the girl.

It’s been a long time since she never see a light.It make her eyes hurt when the light flashes at her.She was about to run or escape since she can’t stand the light but then,there someone held her arm.As she turned to that someone,it was the same girl who flashes the light at her.She turned back to the direction where the girl flashes at her and she was shocked and confused how did the girl got behind her.

“W-who are you?”She stuttering,looking at the girl’s orb.Suddenly,her eyes turned red.”Do not worry.I will not hurt you.My name is Kim Yerim.Call me Yeri.Nice to meet you.”The girl who called herself Yeri introduced herself and slightly bowed to the girl.

“I am Kim Chungha.Just call me Chungha.”Another girl spoke,making the girl startled a bit.Chungha was about to walk to the girl but the girl stepped a bit backward.She was afraid that what if Yeri and Chungha attack her.

“So,what your name?”Asked Yeri.”Soojin....”The girl spoke softly but Yeri and Chungha couldn’t hear.”Your name?”Asked Chungha.

“Soojin....my name is Seo Soojin.”The girl said.Yeri and Chungha glance at each other for a while and started smiling at Soojin.”Soojin,huh?Then I’m going to call you Soojin unnie,right Chungha unnie.”Yeri said as she smile brightly to Soojin.It was really a 1st time that someone was smiling at her like Yeri that make Soojin shocked.Yeri’s smile remind her of someone.Someone that she love the most.But that someone already dead a hundred years ago.It been a hundred or a thousand years since she live as a vampire

Suddenly,Yeri extended her arm to Soojin.Soojin take a quick glance at Yeri’s arm and then she look at Yeri who was smiling brightly at her.”Come,join with us.We are actually going to find the lost vampires.The vampires who was reject by outside world.If you come with us,we might find another vampires just like you.”Yeri said.

Soojin started to raised her hand and was about to touch Yeri’s hand but then,she change her mind and put her hand down quickly.She still remember that if she go to outside world,she can’t resist seeing a humans in front of her.If she see a human,she will suck and drink their blood.

“Sorry,I can’t.It not like I can’t join you.I can’t go outside.I will kill the humans again.”Soojin said as her hand started trembling.

Yeri held Soojin’s trembling hand and Soojin’s orb locked to Yeri’s orb.”Do not worry,unnie.I will help you to seal your power.”

“Seal?”

Yeri nodded and gave a bright-honest smile to Soojin.”Yup,I will make sure you won’t kill another human again.I promised you that.”She said.

“Kariknballlkahd......(A/N:I don’t know what am I doing but this is the spell of the ritual)”Yeri performed a ritual for Soojin and there was a glowing cross on Yeri’s finger.Soojin pull down her dress a bit from the behind and Yeri quickly touched Soojin’s back with the cross,marking the cross on Soojin’s back.

Soojin was groaning in pain but nothing could not come out from her mouth.She was in pain that she can’t stand it.As Yeri finish the ritual,the cross-shaped tattoo appear on Soojin’s back and Soojin pull up her dress up.

“That should do it.Like I said,you won’t drink any human blood anymore since I sealed your power.”Yeri said,making Soojin nodded.

“Now since I already seal Soojin unnie’s power,shall we get going,Chungha unnie?”Asked Yeri as she turned to Chungha.”Yeah....”Chungha said as she nodded.

“Well let’s go,Soojin unnie.”Yeri said.As Yeri and Chungha get going to leave the place,Soojin stopped them. “Wait,where are we going?”Asked Soojin.Yeri turned around and look at Soojin.

“We are going to a journey.To find the lost vampires like you.”Yeri said and then she suddenly held Soojin’s hand.”Let’s go,unnie.”She said and smile at Soojin.

End of Flashback

Soojin POV

That’s how I met Yeri.I was so lonely until I met her.She changed my life.She helped me not to kill anyone again.I really glad that I met her.

My cross-shaped tattoo started glowing on my back.And the tattoo that was on my back,started to fade and disappear.I decided to use my power on him.

Sorry,Yeri.I promised not to use my power but I already broke my promise.With my power,I will beat him.

As my tattoo completely disappear from my back.My eyes turned bright red,feeling  an urge to drink human blood again.I suddenly felt very thirsty,as if I never drink blood for a long time.

Baekhyun just smirked at me.”What an intere-“ Before he could say anything,I appear in front of him in a flash and cut his shoulder part with my katana.His shoulder that I cut him started to bleed and the blood splashed onto my face.

“Unnie.....”I could hear Shuhua called me but I couldn’t turned around to her.After all she is a human.I can’t see a human like her when I am thirsting for blood.If I look at her,I will suck her blood without stopping and eventually I will kill her.I don’t want to kill Shuhua.I don’t want her to ended up like Hui.I don’t want that happen to her.

I was about to slash him but suddenly,he slashed my neck but not too deep,and my blood splashed on him.

After he slashed me,I felt my eyes pain.My vision started to turned full red.All I could see is red.I couldn’t see anything.

Shuhua POV

I saw Soojin unnie’s behavior suddenly becoming weird.She quickly started slashing Baekhyun non-stop but Baekhyun didn’t react at all.He doesn’t look like he is in pain.Even though he lost so many blood,he still can smile.

Baekhyun was about to slash Soojin unnie,I was going to run toward him but Joy unnie stopped me from going to where Soojin unnie.

“Wae,Joy unnie?Soojin unnie need help.”I asked Joy,why she stopped me?Joy didn’t look at me.She closed her eyes and shook her head.”Sorry,if you go there,she will kill you.”She said and I gulped.

Kill me?Soojin unnie will not kill me.I need to help unnie.I was about to run to her but my unnie suddenly shouted at me.

“Don’t come here!”

“Unnie,I want to-“

“Shuhua,Joy is right.You should stay away from-“

3rd Person POV

Suddenly,Soojin touched her face,feeling painful.Her mind was about to go blank but she shook her head to snap herself from feeling blank and turned to look at Joy.

“Joy,please take Shuhua away from here with you.”Soojin said,still touching her face.Joy glance at Soojin’s face a bit and nodded.”Alright.”Joy said.

She quickly grabbed Shuhua’s hand,making Shuhua’s eyes widened.”Joy unnie,why-“Before she could say anything,Joy pulled her away from Soojin.

“Soojin unnie!!”While Joy was running away,Shuhua look at Soojin’s eyes.Hey eyes was turning bright red.She never see that bright red eyes before.It really different than when she and Soojin fight together,as if Soojin is turning into a different person.

“Unnie....”Shuhua murmured.

Joy could heard Shuhua’s murmured and stopped running.She then look at Shuhua and held her shoulder.”Do not worry,your unnie will be fine.”Joy said and Shuhua slightly nodded.

“Unnie.....”Shuhua said as she clenched her fist.She suddenly run toward Soojin,making Joy shocked.”Hey!”Joy was about to catch her but it was too late.She almost reaching to where Soojin is.

Soojin turned around to find Shuhua was running toward her.But suddenly,Soojin make a move toward Shuhua and going to stab her with her sword.

The blood could be heard splashing to the ground.And Joy’s jaw drop when she saw something happened to the direction where Soojin and Shuhua were.

“Well,well.....it look like I make it in time.....”The figure was carrying Shuhua who was unconscious with just her one finger stopping Soojin’s sword from cutting her and her finger was bleeding with the blood dripping to the ground.

“Sorry,unnie.It going to be hurt a bit.”The figure said and started kicking Soojin in her stomach hard.Soojin who got hit by the figure suddenly unconscious and the figure put Soojin on the ground.

A cross-shaped light suddenly appear on the figure’s hand and the figure put the cross to Soojin’s back and the tattoo appear,sealing Soojin’s power.

“You did well,Soojin unnie.Now it my turn to fight Baekhyun.”She said.

“K-Kim Y-Yerim.”Joy said stuttering.

The said girl turned around and smile at Joy as if nothing happened here.Something different about Yeri make Joy shocked.There are a symbol mark on Yeri’s forehead and her eyes is not red like a vampire but full black.Her eyes is full of darkness.

“Sorry,Joy unnie.I leave Soojin unnie and Shuhua to you.”Yeri said as she glare at Baekhyun with the broken sword that she was holding.Joy didn’t want to stop Yeri as if something bad will happen to her if she try to stop Yeri.She decided to take Shuhua and Soojin by carrying Soojin with her right hand and Shuhua with her left hand and started running away from Yeri.

While she was running,she glance at Yeri,worrying about her.She know that she should not worry about Yeri,.She should worry about Soojin and Shuhua.


Baekhyun look at Yeri through her eyes and smirked.”What was that all about?I was about to have fun with your friend but you are interrupting me.”Baekhyun said while he was smiling.

“Sorry for disturbing you.I didn’t mean to disturb you.”Yeri said as she started raising her broken sword and pointed at Baekhyun. “Baekhyun,I will kill you.”Yeri said and the dark lightning started flowing through Yeri’s body.

A/N:Sorry for my lame chapter and my story is getting boring because I am running out of idea already.So,if you wondering where Seulgi and Irene is,they might appear next chapter and I might add new character on the next chap.And please be patience for my update,I have a lot of school project to do and I might not update a lot.
