A/N: Hey! Sorry for the mega late update! I had my midterms and then I felt too uninspired to write, but here's chapter three! I hope you guys like it, and I will update regularly from now :) On the side is the map of their room :)
✖ Kacie’s POV ✖
Kacie sat next to Scarlett, watching students and parents mill around the huge room; lining up in front of Ms. Brown's desk, finding seats and chattering.
Apparently, one of the buses had broken down so it would arrive three hours late. Two more of Kacie’s roommates arrived
There was Faith, with glossy chestnut hair, hazel eyes and a bright smile.
Their fifth roommate was Stella, striking with onyx black hair that was streaked with midnight blue, she carried three huge suitcases and five bags, and she was looking appreciatively at Dylan who apparently hadn’t noticed her as yet. Leah introduced Stella and Faith to the others, and Stella seemed offended by the fact that that Dylan had still barely looked at her and only at Leah.
Another one of Brandon’s roommates arrived as well. Kyle Jones was easily the most good looking person in the school, with messy dark blond hair, light brown eyes and a dazzling smile. Every girl in the room stared at him. He looked kind of self conscious, and Kacie felt sorry for him, everyone’s gaze was on him. She saw Skyler look over with interest, her dark eyes gleaming- okay, Leah's sister totally scared the crap out of Kacie- as he came and sat down next to Brandon. When he spoke a few words to Scarlett, Skyler glared at her from across the room, her expression utterly terrifying, as she she would stalk up to them, devour Scarlett, and then laugh innocently, run off and resume flirting with hot seniors. Kacie suddenly felt annoyed. It was all going really well, and here was unnecessary drama that would just screw things up. Really, if this turned out to be like her old school, she was moving to Egypt. The conversation was weird as hell too:
Kacie: Hi you guys! I'm Kacie, this is Brandon, Scarlett and Dylan
Leah: Yeah, hey!
Brandon: Yo
Scarlett: I’m hungry. I wonder if we’re allowed pizza
Kyle: Pizza!!
Dylan: Shut your pie hole sis, we just ate it for breakfast. Why are you not worried about the calories like every other girl jesus
Scarlett: HOW DARE YOU IT’S LIKE FEMINISM NEVER HAPPENED DON’T EVEN SPEAK TO ME AGAIN HOW CAN YOU BE SO SEXIST LIKE EVERY SINGLE GIRL CARES ABOUT CALORIES WE’RE DIFFERENT INDIVIDUALS GOD I AM ASHAMED TO BE RELATED TO YOU
Dylan: okay okay, sorry
Kyle: PIZZA
Faith: I would die without pizza, though once at the cafeteria at my old school, there was a food fight and some guy dumped stole a bowl of the sauce form the lunch ladies and dumped it on my head. Red sauce on red hair, not a good combination.
Dylan: ...
Kacie: oh…cool?
Faith: Sorry I babble a lot
Stella: Pizza has too many carbs though and totally causes breakouts
Kyle: BLASPHEMY
Kyle: I DON’T EVEN
Kyle: EVIL
So Kyle like, really loved pizza. He was a dork despite his beautiful appearance.
When Ms Brown directed yet another roommate of Brandon’s toward their little group, Faith suddenly glanced at him and gasped. He stopped dead in his tracks. Then he quickly went and sat next to Hotness McHottie Kyle, as far as he could from Faith.
