Oscar Pistorius - Innocent

No doubt that we all know about Oscar Pistorius's Valentine murder of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp last year at his Pretoria home and that the fact he was found not guilty of murder but was found guilty of culpable homicide, meaning he was charge of murder whether it was intentional or not. Many say that he should've been found guilty and others say good for him for being not guilty. I for one think that he wasn't guilty of intentionally killing Reeva and you may ignore this but I'm not one to change opinions.

Firstly, Pistorius said in his trial that "He mistook Reeva as a possible intruder," if that was so then obviously he would yell at the intruder to come out from the bathroom, and he did, so why didn't Reeva call out saying that she was in the bathroom? Witness living around Pistorius home say that they overheard Oscar and Reeva having an argument when infact it would be impossible as the homes of Pretoria were far apart, or so I've heard and apparently the "ear-witnesses" say that not long after the arguing stopped that they were three gun shots fired. Also these witnesses said that they heard a woman screaming thinking that it was Reeva when Pistorius proved them wrong as he screams like a woman when anxious and these witnesses said that there were a sceond set of banging, which was Pistorius banging the toilet door down with a cricket bat as he realized it was Reeva he shot, before he realized he said to Reeva to call the police but she didn't answer. But neighbors did also say that they only heard one set of bangs as the timing of the phone calls to the estate security by Pistorius suggest that they didn't hear gunshots, only Pistorius hitting a door with a cricket bat. 

If it was premeditated murder then Pistorius would've had his prosthetic legs on which he didn't but the prosecutors believed that he took the time to put his legs on before firing the three bullets and the defence proved them wrong. Also these witnesses said that they heard a woman screaming thinking that it was Reeva when Pistorius proved them wrong as he screams like a woman when anxious. The reason that he shot "the intruder" was because his family had been victims of crimes before which made his reaction reasonable in some ways and he felt vulnerable without his legs on. His team doctor said "disable people often exhibited more dramatic "fight-fight" responses, and Pistorius would have chosen to fight since he was unable to flee." The crime scene was contaminated because the police failed to wear any protective clothing and stepped on/destroyed any evidence proving that Pistorius was guilty.  

Honestly? Yes, Pistorius should've been charge with culpable homicide because these days no one is tough of crimes anymore. You can rape someone and get out of jail within 2-3 months, yeah shocking. Oscar was obviously saddened by what he had done and feels great guilt about it as he broke down in court crying many times, unlike many other murderers whose facial expression would be stone cold or would smile and be cocky. 

What I wrote might be all jumbled up but try and make sense of it, if it doesnt then I don't care.
