Chapter 16

"Is that what you guys are looking for?" 

My Nonno and the twins look at it with such intensity I'm surprised the screen didn't crack. A few minutes past and I'm starting to get annoyed with them just standing there trying to inspect the blurry thing on the screen. I was about to make a sarcastic comment when I saw recitation in my Nonno's eyes.

"You have no idea how much you are like your mother, Storm-Rose." I was going to say something but decided against it and just nodded. "Jay bring Storm-Rose to her room and make sure it doesn't have any way she can get out." He just nodded but I was not going to have it.

"What no! It's obviously something that is important and I want to help." He went to go and protest about me going but I cut him off before he could he start talking. "And don't you dare say some cliche thing like 'it's for my own good,' or some dumb shit like that. I want to help and will whether you let me or not cause I knew how to get out of a room without using a paper clip or any of that cliche easy get doors open thingy whatever." I could tell I had a dangerous glint in my eyes when the twins took a tiny step back and away from me. My Nonno sighed realizing that I wasn't going to back down. 

"You're too much like your mother for your own good." The twins look at him confused. "You can go with us." While I say "Yes!" The twins say "No!" I just stick my tongue out at them like the mature person I am and start to walk out the room. I stop once I realize they weren't following me I turn around and say, "You guys coming or not?"

The roll their eyes and follow me but eventually start to lead me to where ever we were going to. I was starting to get excited, I haven't done anything like this in a while. It started subtly with just a tiny skip in my walk, up to a full-on skip and that's when they finally realized how I was walking.

"Why are you skipping?" Alex asked me, "I haven't done anything like this in a while so I'm excited!" I told him with a big smile on my face. He rolled his eyes as if he was annoyed but he had a smile on his face so I could tell it was only to be playful.

A minute or two passed and we were at...... I still don't know where we were going, "Quick question, where are we?" 

"On Earth."

"I knew that much dumbass. I meant where are we in this-"

"Gasp I feel insulted! How, dare you say that to me!" I roll my eyes at Xander antics. "Both of you stop 'arguing' and just answer her." My Nonno tells us. It takes me a second to realize that he was on the phone. "Ok! Ok! Jeez Lawez." I mumble the last part under my breath but apparently, he heard me cause he looked at me and then smacked me upside the head. "Ow..."

Hey guys, sorry for the really late update I just finished with school but am working on summer math and I've started my summer sports but I will try to get on a somewhat normal updating schedule. Sooooo..Yeah anyway, Vote, comment, and all that good stuf.
