JaKory POV

Walking into school today I'm just plain irritated. I had 5:30am practice this morning and I'm running on three hours of sleep. Now I have to go through this whole day of school then I have training after school finished. I'm just tired and I'm liable to snap on anyone today if they decide to come crazy.

"I'm gonna see you later Ja." Christy told me. I gave her a hug then let her go her separate way. I hope she has a better day today than she did yesterday.

As I approached my locker I saw Ciara standing by it, looking down at her phone. I know damn well she's not waiting for me at this locker. I avoided her as I walked up to my locker and opened it, grabbing my textbooks for my first and second period classes. When I shut my locker she was now looking at me.

"Yo, you lost or something?" I asked her. She seemed shock at what I said because she raised her eyebrows.

"You got no reason to talk to me like that." She said, frowning.

"I'm not even fucking with you right now Ciara. Today not the day you want to piss me off." I shook my head with a less than amusing chuckle.

"You don't even know why you're mad at me right now Ja. Please, it's been weeks since we took a break." She said rolling her eyes.

"I dropped you baby girl, we not on a break. I'm single as hell and you are too. I told you I'm not dating someone who can't trust me and I was serious. Now, what you need to do is stop bothering me about this shit. And also tell your ugly ass friend Lala to stop bothering my sister. If it happens again then it's not gonna be pretty for her." I said. I turned around and started walking away. She started calling after me but I ignored her.

There's so many reasons as to why I don't want to get back with Ciara. It's not that I don't love her, but there's no point of being with someone who doesn't trust me. I had no reason to cheat and I was raised to do better than that, so the constant accusing got tiring. With basketball season in full swing, I really don't need to have any extra stress.

"JaKory stop this right now!" She raised her voice while grabbing my arm, causing me to turn around by reflex.

"Bro, keep your hands to yourself for real." I said snatching my arm from her.

"What's wrong with you? How you gonna treat me like this..like as if i mean nothing to you. You've dubbed my every try at making things right with you. I've acknowledged my mistake and all i want is for you to forgive me!" She said getting emotional.

"I forgive you..." I said, which is the truth. If I didn't I wouldn't acknowledge her presence.

"Then why you still treating me like this?"

"I forgive you, but I'm not gonna take you back or act fake. You gotta deal with yourself before we can reconcile anything. We're not getting back together, we honestly have no reason to talk to each other." I shrugged I turned around and continued on my way to class.

"Ja...IM PREGNANT!" She yelled after me, catching the attention of the other people in the hallway.

"You're what?" I asked, walking back over to her.

"I'm pregnant...just been too scared to tell you." She said, looking down. I sighed and ran my hand down my face. This can not be happening to me.

"Man...I'm gotta go. Just wait up for me after classes." I said. Shaking my head I turned back around and walked away.

Pregnant? Ciara can't be serious. We too young to have a baby...we have our whole lives ahead of us. This is the last thing I need to happen at this point in my life.
