L E S L E Y

The air was moist, and so was the ground. I could feel I was stepping on alot of wet mosses, scattered across the area. I could slip and fall anytime, with myself being unsure that I could keep balance for long with my heeled leathers boots newly soaked up with water. I was shivering, my hands trembling from the coldness of the water my feet was damped. My hands were weakened and my limbs too, and the rifle in my hands could fall. But I couldn't, it was the only thing I have to protect me.

My heart throbbed loudly, regrets still
in my mind. I hate it when I'm in trouble again. The only thing I could do was sigh, and complain why my brother went out unknowingly far away from the places I knew. He brought alot of problems for me, and it was hard to stop him because of his troublemaker nature.

Harley is his name, the name of that so called younger brother that placed me in this situation in the first place. He was really curious and playful that he would sometimes forget about the risks. Nearly burning a student from his school, almost stabbed another student with his 'magic cards' and sneaked out for the whole class hour. It might seem so little, but I swear, if anyone wants to replace me, you better ready yourself for some trouble streak.

I couldn't blame him, it was the spirit of being a child; innocent, playful and curious, he still doesn't know much about things that were way mature for him to understand. I know he's close towards growing up into something, like teenage or something. I didn't want him to grow up, I like the way he is being that gullible, mischevious and playful, I mean rather, I love the way he is now.

But of course,my younger brother might not know about adult things, he knows far more better than me about magic and tricks. Even though he could annoy me or frustrate me, he is still better than those 'cutesy' and 'pleaser' kids out there. I admit it, he is cute, especially with his height, but don't get me wrong, short people are cute.

The thoughts could make my eyebrows furrow or make me smile like a weirdo. Whoever saw me smiling or looked at me while I drastically changed my expressions while I was on thought, please don't think I'm weird.

I focused on the path I was taking and took a quick stare on the map. I'm at the Dôvoujo Marsh,on the west side of it and moving northeast towards the Swan Castle which is where I'm going to be at. I got the map before I got in the marsh, from a man named... I forgot his name. I bet he was a merchant, judging from the fact he wore those typically merchant clothes: robes, pants and boots.

Then I passed by the tall trees with dark trunks with unusual luminescent turquoise leaves and wisps of light blue light floating around. I realized the my toes doesn't feel wet anymore and that the atmosphere felt more comforting and pleasant. Hey, wait for a moment.

But I wasn't in Swan Castle yet, I was in a place where it was concealed and provided a safe and healthy shelter for the unique and mystical creatures : The Home of The Leonins.

My mouth let out a soft gasp,my lips slowly parting as my eye widened in awe. It was like a fantasy that every fairytale lived. But it was different from what I knew.

Where's the small miniature houses? The people and the magical forces surrounding this place? It sounds so lonely, lonely, abandoned and deserted.
There were no homes,no one, nothing, except for the ethereal enviroment.

Something was odd, ashes?I spot something catching to my eye, a card.
Wait, Harley must have gone here! It's exactly how his cards look like, and it hasn't been folded, durable like his. There's a 90% chance that it's his but I doubt someone would have something like this as a magician.
