So, being a leader. What about it? Everyone can be a leader, but it can be scary! Knowing that you have the power to change the lives of so many people! I guarantee that everyone here has been a leader at least once in your life without knowing it!
A couple days ago Magnus approached me and said "Dude, you and Mallory have to go to relationship counseling. You guys need to get help or else the relationship will end badly." At first I shook this advice off. I mean what does Magnus know? After giving it some thought I decided why the hell not. You know, I got nothing to lose and maybe it will be good for us. So I tell Mallory the plan. To make a long story short it works! I proposed to Mallory. Now we are happily engaged. It is this small event of Magnus pointing out the obvious that change my life. He took control when I wasn't ready too. In that moment he was leader.
Did he know that tho? I doubt it. Going back to my point I made before, he was a leader and he probably didn't now it. Well that can happen to all of you. We all can be a leader. Each and everyone of you. No matter what. No matter what race you are, what religion you believe in, what your gender is, what your sexuality is, even if you have a disability or mental illness. IT DOESN'T MATTER! You gotta step up and take charge! You gotta believe in yourself. Being a leader is far easier than you know. I swear on it.
