"I'm not five years old, I don't need you to walk me home." I slurred towards Cole poking him in his chest. He catches me in his muscular arms as I swayed a bit too much to the right. "Why is there two of you?" I hold my head in my hands as I groan, the room spinning too fast around me.

I'm suddenly swept off my feet and look up to see Cole's smirk. He's carrying me bridal style to his black car outside the front of the house.

His scent relaxed me as he placed me into the front seat of his car. "Why were you going to walk with me if your car is here?" I giggled out. Cole deeply sighed and reached down to get out his cigarettes. "Didn't want you puking all over my truck, but you can't even walk straight so now I have no other option". He rolled his eyes annoyed, lighting up his cigarette.

I stayed silent staring at his tattoos and then looking up to his deep green eyes. "You're quite pretty Kovalsky." I mumble and attempt to wink at him. "And you're not too bad yourself" he chuckles back, a smirk forming on his face.

He pulls up outside my house and all the lights are off. I let out a deep sigh of relief. I try to climb out of the truck and collapse onto the green grass in front of me. I start to laugh uncontrollably. I see two of Cole trying to pull me back up.

Cole snakes his arm around my waist and walks me to my door. "Night red lips." He winks as we and goes to turn away as the living room light suddenly turns on. "Shit. Cole go now." I suddenly blurt out, my voice laced with fear. I slam the door shut in his face and turn to face my father. "I-I'm Sorry, I fell asleep and didn't realise the time and I-" my dad cut me off yelling "you're fucking drunk, I bet you're fucking that guy to, you're such a slut" he grabs my hair and slams my face into the cold hard floor, causing me to scream out.

I scrunch up into a tight ball preparing for the next impact. I feel hard strong punches being blown at my face, head, arms and stomach. I move my hands away from my eyes and see a black boot come flying towards my face. I go to scream but darkness takes over me.

Natalie's POV

I wake up the next morning the sun shining through the windows showing up all the dust and dirt around the house. I'm still lead in a ball on the hallway floor. I scramble up and look around to see my dad no where. Letting out a sob I walk slowly to the bathroom.

Tears streaming down my face I turn on the shower. It's never going to end, this is what my life will be like forever, darkness, pain, so much pain. My crying becomes heavier, unstoppable. I collapse onto my bathroom floor and hug my legs into myself. I feel so weak, I don't have much energy left to fight. It gets tiring constantly picking yourself back up.

I slowly stand up and climb into the shower. The hot water hitting my skin, making me feel more awake and washing away my tear stained cheeks. My whole body aching and small grazes and cuts stung with each tap of water.

I glance into my bedroom mirror once I've changed into a hoodie and leggings. My face is covered in cuts and bruises and my body ached every time I tried to move. Guess I'll be missing school for a few days.

I hear a faint knock at my door. Who the hell could that be. I sluggishly walked to the door also with a slight hangover biting at me. I slowly opened it and my gaze fell upon those green eyes.

Cole looked me up and down his eyes widening in shock. "What fuck happened to you?" His voice raised. "Please don't shout." I groan placing my hand on my head. Cole reaches forward and grabbed my hand pulling me out of my house and into his car.

"Tell me who did it now." His jaw tightened and his deathly glare was focused on the road in front. "Natalie just tell me!" He yelled making me jump. "Stop yelling at me you dick!! I shout back almost crying. His eyes softened as he looked over to me. "Just tell me what happened." He lightly said. "Don't tell me your new cat beat you up whilst you were sleeping." He lightly chuckled. "I wish it was that simple" I honestly say back.
