KATNISS POV

I wake up to an empty bed and my first thought is that Peeta is probably making breakfast downstairs. So I get up and walk into the bathroom and brush my teeth and let my hair like it is, plus Peeta likes it when it's down and wild.

I walk downstairs into the living room and I find a letter. I don't open it just in case it's Peeta's but I take it with me to the kitchen. When I first walk in a see his blonde curls and his blue eyes, his gorgeous blue eyes. I walk up behind him while he's curing up some bread and I wrap my arms around his waist.

"Good morning sunshine" he says ever so sweetly
"Morning" I mumble into his back
He places his cutting knife down and I release my grasp from his waist and he turns around to face me. I look at his beautiful eyes and he looks at me and grins.
"Why are you up so early?" He asks me as he sees the letter I have in my hand
"Oh no reason" I say and hide letter behind my back, to be honest I don't know why I did it.
He picks me up and I giggle and wiggle around him and he puts me on the counter and says
"Are we going to do this the hard way or the easy way?" He smirks and his face is really close to mine
"Depends" I say seductively and grin at him
He cups my cheek and pulls me into a kiss. I moan into his mouth but then I feel his other hand grabbing the letter that was behind me.
He breaks the kiss and whispers
"thank you" he grins and waves the letter in his hand
"how did you-oh whatever" I say as I jump off the counter and he opens the letter. He reads it and I put my head on his shoulder.
"Madge is coming to visit us..?" Peeta says confusingly
"I guess" I smile at him and give him a wink
He chuckles
"When though, she didn't give us a date..?" He looks at me puzzled
"Looks like we're going to have to find out, but in the meanwhile I have to shower....wanna join me?" I ask and put my hand on his cheek
He grins at me and says
"I have to finish baking this bread" He turns around to do just that.
I huff "well I guess you're missing out"
"Ok, whatever you say sunshine" he grins
