I just left my house.

I locked my screen and threw my phone on the bed beside me. Jeffrey cant come over. My dad isn't home yet and I would get in so much trouble for being alone with him.

I sighed and looked at the clock. Its 3:07 Jeffrey will be here any minute. I rolled out of bed and walked downstairs. I opened the front door and looked outside.

Jeffrey was turning the corner. I stood with the door open until his mom pulled into the driveway. As soon as she stopped, Jeffrey jumped out of the car and ran to me.

"Oh my god Kalissa! Ive been texting you since you left. I was worried."

"Yeah i know."

"Can we talk about this?"

"Sure." I said gesturing for him to come in. I waved at his mom as a signal to come in also but she declined the invitation and stayed in the car. I shut the door slowly behind him.

"Mind if i sit?" He asked pointing to the couch.

"Go ahead." I said shuffling to the kitchen to grab a glass of tea.

"Thanks."

"You know what I wanna know? I wanna know why you didn't step in and say I was your girlfriend and I was sitting there. You just stared at me and said nothing. You know if you ask me, I would say thats not much of a boyfriend. I'm not even sure if I want to be with you now. I was scared of a relationship because I thought something like this would happen."

"Kalissa I'm sorry. I didn't want to be rude. We could have moved or something."

"You sat there and did nothing. Thats what bothers me." I said with teary eyes.
