Annie POV:

I was so hungry and there's nothing in the refrigerator, I looked at Aidan and he was so engross at Playing video games.

Ugh! This is annoying!
Were suppose to watch movie together but he said he doesn't want to.

Yesterday we were suppose to have our date at the **** restaurant but he cancelled saying that he just wants to be home.

Like what the hell?!?

Ever since he started playing video games like two months ago he never paid attention to me anymore.
Its like I'm invisible.
We haven't talk for the last 6 hours,
It was already 2:56 pm and I haven't ate anything.

Aidan, I'm going to the grocery store. Wanna come with me?
He didn't answer, OK I'm totally invisible.

Aidan!
I called but still didn't answer.

This annoys the shit out of me.

I totally made it clear to him that he shouldn't call me Brunette.
Bullies at my past work calls me Brunette. Why?

I saw Aidan looked at me quite shock,

I took my bag then walked out of the house.

I drove the car while crying.

I park the car at the nearby grocery store.

Before I left the car, I wiped my tears and patted some powder on my face.

I entered the grocery store and I was picking out some lays and cheetos.

Got some salad and some fruits.

I also pick some sausages, and food to eat for dinner.

While I was picking some snacks, someone bump into me.

Annie?
The guy who bumped me called.
He knew who I am?
I looked at the guy then saw who it was.

Michael?!
Oh my god!

You've gotten taller now, a bit.
Michael said after hugging me.

Well you've gotten older.
I teased him.
We fist bump at each other...

After paying for the groceries, I decided its better talking to Michael than to talk to some Boyfriend who doesn't even pay attention to its own girlfriend.

We sat at the small chairs outside the grocery store.

We were talking bout jobs when I suddenly receive a call.

It was from Aidan.

Hmp! Now he's calling.

Bruh I don't give a damn

We were talking for about an hour already.

Haha yeah, I remember back then when were high school, you accidently spit your red bull at your math teacher but still gave you an A+.
I said, *sigh* I miss the times when I was young and had no problems.

Yeah, that was pretty cool of me. Spitting my teacher but got an A+, you should have tried it.
He said then we both laugh, as we were laughing I heard someone clears their throat.

Ehem ehem.
I knew who that voice is even when looking at Michael.

It was Aidan's.

Mia, we have an important thing to fix. Let's go,
Aidan said in a serious voice.
So now he cares!?.

I think, I'm doing good here .
I won't be going thank you for asking,
I'm having a conversation with my dear best friend and he's a better listener than someone who loves under a roof with me.
I said bitterly, Aidan gritted his teeth. And I can see Michael is very uncomfortable.

Aidan and I looked at each other's eyes like we were about to kill each other.

Suddenly Michael stands up.

I think I'll be going now Annie.
Thank you for the talk again, we should hang out sometimes.
Gotta go now, my wife is probably waiting for me.
He kissed my cheeks before leaving.
I waved goodbye at him while smiling,
Michael kissing my cheeks is totally normal, when we were high school we pranked our friends that we were dating. We've been friends for about I don't know perhaps 17 years?.

Yeah, our friends even asked us if we grew feelings for each other because we were together 24/7 everyday back then. But ever since we started working and we were faced with adult problems we stopped hanging out, especially right now when he had a wife and a baby.

I looked at Aidan and I can see him feeling so sorry.

Look Annie, I'm totally sorry.
He said. I'm not going to let him off this easily.
Two months!
I've been bearing his cold treatment for two months!

Well I'm so sorry but I'm not buying it.
I told him, I left but he grabbed my left arm then turned me facing him.

And I'm sorry if I was too busy playing video games instead of spending time with the most precious person in my life.
Video games can really make a person distant to someone special.

I ask him while laughing.

He asks, I know where this is going and I missed it. Him getting jealous and overprotective.

He said a bit quiet.
I laughed at him.

We never fought or have an argument again
