Chapter 15

Chapter 15: Stupid Trees, Damn Green, Freaking Spandex

Kage's POV

I rolled over, presumably in my sleep. After I rolled over, I felt rushing air on my face. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!" My eyes ripped open as I reallized that I was falling.

"Kuso!" Someone with silver gravity defying hair and a mask that covers from the bridge of his nose and down, and his ninja headband pulled down over one eye and a spiraly thing on his shoulders, was running towards me while looking up.

"Damnit!!! Why on Earth did I have to pick a freaking high branch to sleep oooonnnn!!!!" I screamed as I squeezed my eyes shut and waited out the never-ending fall. Damn, how did I not notice how tall this tree was?

The ninja guy was still running towards me, before abruptly stopping as I landed in someone's arms. (I shall curse myself for writing this later T_T) "Oh, my youthful rival! And who is this flower full of youth?" The guy asked, I popped an eye open a bit to get a look at my... err... Hero... He was weird. Soup bowl cut black hair and huge bushy eyebrows.

"Uh... Hi?" I asked fearfully. You gotta admit, the first time ever that you see this guy, make sure to bring something to cover your eyes. He smiled a sparkly smile and kept talking about youthfullness or whatever. "Yeah, yeah, okay! Now,please, would you so Kindly put. Me. DOWN!!!" I yelled at him. His Youthfullness is fucking annoying.

"Right..." He said shakily, and dropped down from the branch and set me down on the ground. I stood up and took a moment to steady myself and wipe the non-existent dirt off my shorts, then I ran over to the cyclops and hid behind him.

I pushed cyclops slightly forward, "Here you green beast! Take this guy as your offering! I gotta get home 'fore Areka freaks out on me!" I said, looking up at the darkened sky. "Ahem.. I'll see ya sometime!" I said to cyclops. He just sighed and turned to the green beast who was crying a waterfall with a limelight on him as he reached a hand toward my retreating back.

As soon as I was out of their sights, I ran full speed back home, my short purple hair flying back in the wind. as I was running, I passed someone who looked suspiciously like a mini Areka. She was about 14 or 15 with reddish-brown hair that covered one eye, pale skin, dark blue crop top with netting and bandages underneath with black spandex shorts underneath a dark purple skirt (Like Sakura's, kinda) I couldn't see the colour of her eyes cause of the lighting. I shook it off and continued running home.

As soon as I got home, I went immedietely to the bathroom to take a shower. I grabbed the pine scented bodywash and washed my body before grabbing the lemon scented shampoo and washing my hair. I tipped my head back and let the water wash over my body. sighing I turned off the water and grabbed the towel from the towel rack and wrapped it around my body and stepped out of the tub. Walking over to the door I heard voices a male and female.

The female was definitely Luce. "No, we should've gone training! Not out to eat ramen!" she exclaimed.

"But... Lucy-chan~! We can't train till we've eaten~!" The other character said.

I opened the door and saw the blonde that was in our class today. I waved at him and Luce as they took off their shoes and left them by the door. Areka is gunna be mad when she notices this. Areka is a serious neat freak.

I sighed and walked back to my room. It's not my problem if she clobbers Naruto and Lucy. I got to my Room and started humming a tune, then started singing.

"It's early in the morning~

I'm laughing at the sun~

My mirror disappoints me~
