Today I'm in the school's library. I have a project due in my last period and I don't have a printer at home. I'm thankful that my photography teacher let me go before classes change.
There are only a few people in the library while everyone else was in class. Even though I love having good grades, I just love getting out of class more. But I’d rather egg Trixie's car again. I laugh at myself thinking of the memory.
“Whatcha laughin about?” an unfamiliar voice questioned from behind me.
I turned around eying the very stunning lavender boy from the awkward lunch. Damn could you be any hotter? Even your voice makes me melt.
“Um...Just a memory, nothing really.” I flushed grabbing the last paper that printed.
“You're that girl that waved at me in the lunch room the other day.” mystery boy said stepping closer to me.
Shit! He knows it was me. Barely anyone remembers me. 20 points taken away from me for being so awkward and dumb.
“Yeah, sorry about that. I thought you were waving to me, but I should have known better.” I explained looking to the floor covering my hands up with my sleeves.
“It's no problem. I should have been waving at you all along. You're gorgeous.” he beamed smiling.
I gushed at his comment. I looked like shit yesterday, so it's nice someone likes my laziness. It's been awhile since someone told me I'm pretty. Luke used to tell me cute complements all the time, but that was a while ago. Please don't end up being a jerk.
“Re-really?” I stuttered blushing.
“Yeah really.” He smiled shyly. “Listen, me and my friend are playing tonight at a restaurant. Would you like to come and watch?” He asked nervously.
At this point I'm shitting myself. Like holy shit! Hot guy says I'm gorgeous and asked me to watch him play! Am I going to pass this up? Hell to the no!
“Sure, sounds fun.” I smiled, now walking out of the library with him.
“Great! I'm Michael, let me have your number so I can text you where it's at. You can bring a friend if you like.” Michael said giving me his phone.
