six-year-old Marnette
My parents and I were going to have a picnic but I asked them, no, begged them for my friends Alya and Nino to come too. My mom called their parents, we went to the park for the picnic and to play. I brought four cookies for my friends, myself, and one new friend.
I looked around for a new friend but didn't find one. I soon saw a little blond haired boy around my age with his mom. I walked up to them, "Hi, my name is Marnette. What's your name?" I looked at the blond boy, he looked at his mom, then back to me, "M-my name is A-Adrien." I looked at Adrien and held out my hand, "Do you want yo play with me and my friends over there by my parents." I had an amazing idea, "Lets be friends."
His eyes lit up, "Really, Marnette?" I shook my head and he took my hand. We ran over to my parents and my friends, "Hi everyone, this Is Adrien, my new friend." I let go of his hand for a second to give him the cookie I had packed for something like this. I took out the cookie and gave it to Adrien.
"Thanks, Marnette." He took the cookie and started eatting it, "This is really good, Marnette." He finished the cookie and we started playing. Soon after Adrien's mom came and took him back home. We hugged each other and he left, right after that we left.
At school I was hoping that Adrien would be in my class just like Alya and Nino always are, he wasn't, I hadn't seen him all day until recess. I was on the ground, leaning on a fence that was at the side of the play ground. I was crying because a girl named Chloe was bulling me. "Hi, Marne-, hey what's wrong?" I looked up and saw Adrien. He sat down next to me, I got on my knees and hugged him. He seemed shocked at first but then hugged me back.
When I got home my parents told me that we were going to China to take care of my grandpa. Alya, Nino, and Adrien said good bye and gave me a hug. Adrien gave me a bracelet that said princess on it. I thanked him, went on the plane and sat down with my mom and dad.
At Adrien's house
Gabriel walked into his sons room, "I heard your friend left for China." Adrien sat on his bed and looking out his windows, "I miss her so much. I want her back." Gabriel looked at his son wide eyed, "Her?" Adrien turned his head, "Yeah, the friend I made at the park. Her name is Marnette Cheng."
Gabriel stared at Adrien as he sighed. Adrien turned his head to the window again. He found his soulmate and he's only six, Gabriel thought.
Gabriel walked out of his son's room and to his wife, "Was I right, is it her?" His wife asked not looking up from her book. "Yep, he found her, and he's only six." He turned to his wife. Soon they heard the sound of feet coming to their room. Their other son Felix stood in the door way, "What are you talking about?" He asked rubbing his eyes like he just woke up.
"Nothing, honey." Emilie, Gabriel's wife, got up out of bed, "Come on, Felix, I take you back to bed." Emilie took the hand of her son and walked down the hall to his room. The boys' rooms are close to their parents' room just for safety measures.
"I love you, Felix. Good night, honey." Emilie kissed her son's head and walked out of the room to Adrien's room. Once in the door way she saw her son look out the window and to the sky, "Adrien, honey, are you alright?" Emilie asked walking into his room, "I guess." He sighed, "I really miss her mom." He turned his head a little and Emilie saw a small tear run down his cheek. She walked over to him and hugged him, "I know, honey, I really do know."
