10 years later Marnette

I still miss Paris but it's okay here in China. I made a friend the first day of school ten years ago and her name is Tikki. Right now I'm walking to my house in China. I open the door to see boxes all over the place. "Mom, Dad, what's going on?" My mom looked so happy and hugged me, "We are going back to Paris, Mari. We also get to go with Tikki."

I hugged my mom so tight and ran up to my room to start packing. When I was finished I walked down stairs and saw Tikki and my parents putting all of our things into a trunk and a moving van. All my stuff was brought down and put into the moving van. "Are we ready, Mom?" I was so excited that I had a chance to see my old friends, I never stop thinking of them.

My mom nodded and we drove to the airport. We got on the plane and flew to Paris. When we got to our new house it was huge and very beautiful. I chose my room, it is blue so why not, and Tikki chose her's, it was red it's her favorite color. I put my stuff in my room and pulled out an outfit I made that is a navy blue dress that is a little above the knee, put on black tights, put on my black short healed boots, and grabbed my black jacket to head to the old park I used to love.

I'm sixteen so I should have my soulmate mark, I look down at my right wrist and it started to burn. I watched as the initials were engraved into my skin, A.A. I know Adrien starts with an A but I don't know his last name. As I was walking I bumped into someone, "I'm sorry." We said at the same time and I look up at them, "Oh my gosh, Alya!" I hugged her before she could say anything. "Hi, Marnette. Good to see you again, now....I can't breath." I let go, "Sorry." I looked down then back to her.

"Marnette, when did you get back? Did you get your soulmate mark yet and if so who is he?" I laughed at the last question. "No, Alya, I haven't found him. I got home today and my mark just showed up." Alya sighed at that, "Okay, so who do you hope it is?" I shrugged, "I haven't really thought of it." We continued walking and I asked Alya, "Do you, Nino, and Adrien want to come for dinner?" Her eyes lit up, "Yes, well, maybe not Adrien. He's been really busy and, oh, he's a model now so that's cool." I looked at her wide eyed, "He's a what?"

Adrien

I suddenly felt burning on my right wrist on the way home from fencing and my friend Plagg got his soulmate mark a little while ago. I looked down at it and watched the initials M.C. be engraved into my wrist. I thought of Marnette as soon as I saw it but I thought back to when we were six and she had just left.

It hurt, "Driver, stop. I would like to walk the rest of the way." I said a little rude because I wanted out kinda fast. He pulled over, I got out and ran to the old park Marnette and I would go to. I looked around then heard a laugh and turned around to see Marnette with Alya laughing. Jeez, she is so cute. I couldn't take my eyes off of her.

They started to walk away. I jogged up to them, "Adrien is a model now, he's always busy." I felt hurt, Is this really how they think, that I don't have enough time for them? I was about to go but, "I still want to invite him even though he might say no, it's better to ask and them turn it down than to make them feel left out."

I smiled. I couldn't hold it any more, "Marnette." I just stood there and waited for her to turn. She turned so fast she almost spun with shock. "Adrien?" She closed her eyes and shook her head, "This is just a dream. When I open my eyes you'll be gone." I was confused, did she not want to see me? She opened her eyes and put her hands to her mouth, "Adrien?"

"Yeah." It felt weird just standing there and watching her. She started walking towards me, "Oh, Adrien." She hugged me and I rapped my arms around her. She started to cry, "Oh, Adrien, I missed you so much." I tightened my arms around her and whispered in her ear, "I missed you too....Princess."
