Savannah slid on her outfit. Hoseok didn't really tell her what to wear or where they were going so she just chose something casual.
She looked at herself in the mirror and fixed her hair and nodded.
Ready!

As she got ready, Hobi was downstairs pacing

As she got ready, Hobi was downstairs pacing. He picked up his phone and dialed Namjoon. Once he picked up, Hobi was rambling about how nervous he was and that he didn't know what to do or how things were going to pan out. Namjoon just listened but cut him off and told him everything would be fine. Apparently, he had already taken Ashley out and done everything. It was easier for him. Hobi has never done anything like this for anyone. He regained his confidence back and hung up. He grinned at Aaron as he walked through the living room.
What's taking her so long? Ugh, it's only been like 10 minutes.
He sighed and slumped down in the chair just as he heard her door creek open and heels clicking down the hall. He immediately stood up and saw her.
God, how did I get so lucky? She's stunning.
He smiled brightly and gave her a small kiss on her head and grabbed her hand.
"You ready?" He said excited but also nervous.
She nodded, "well, at least I hope so," she giggled and his heart raced.
Will I ever get over this feeling?
Once they got in the car, Hobi revved the engine and wiggled his eyebrows over at her and she rolled her eyes giggling.
"Hey, you chose me," He said earning a laugh and nod from Savannah.
"I wouldn't change it for the world," she said as he slid his hand into hers. They drove off and listened to music, randomly busting out into song and random dances.
He suddenly slowed down to maybe 20 miles an hour and asked her to close her eyes.
"Don't peek," he said with a grin and she felt the car park and his door close.
She immediately began to pout until his hands reached into her side of the car, guiding her out of the car. She immediately could hear the waves and she gasped in excitement.
He chuckled at her as he helped her walk down the side walk. He placed her hand on a wooden rail and told her to lift up a leg and he took off her shoes.
"Ok," he turned her body forward, "now open," he said. Her eyes shot open and she immediately smiled. She hopped in excitement and sunk her toes into the sand.
"Ahhh," she sighed and closed her eyes as the wind blew. Hobi watched her content just seeing her smile. She had talked about how she rarely ever went out of the house or even to the beach. She grew up walking distance from one and once she went on tour that's all she ever craved to do. She just wanted to sink her toes in the sand and enjoy the sound of the waves. So he made it happen.
He slipped off his shoes and threw them in the car.
"Come on," He said as he slid his hand in hers and they walked together on the beach, just enjoying the view....each other.
Savannah and Hobi finally sat down on the warm sand after awhile of walking in complete silence. Savannah pulled her knees up, wrapping her arms around her legs and rested her head on her knees. She closed her, listening to the waves. Hobi looked over at her and took her in. He never thought he would find anyone. He seemed to be the member who was left out the most, or that's at least what he thought. The guys would have girls come over regularly and they'd go out and hang with people but be always stayed in. He never found any fun in drinking or clubbing he always just got tired and wanted rest. But when he saw Savannah in New Orleans on their tour last year she looked so lost and in distress. He couldn't help but tell Namjoon to help her out. He didn't have the guts to do it himself. They had been through some tough times sense then but it was so worth it. To call her his own made him so incredibly happy. He sighed and wrapped his arm around her and pulled her into his side. She rested her head on his shoulder and he sighed again.
"What's wrong?" She asked softly, rubbing his leg in comfort.
"I don't want to leave you. I know it's only a week but we haven't left each others side for almost 7 months" he said.
She gently nestled her head into him and breathed in shakily. She was forcing the tears to stay in because she was scared.
He pulled her into a warm hug and kissed the top of her head.
"So I'm not stupid," he said chuckling lightly.
She shook her head, "no not at all," she wiped her tears away and looked up at him.
"I feel so incredibly safe when you're with me and now that people know about us even a little bit I've been experiencing so much just on my social media about how much they hate me and .." she paused thinking about all of the threats she had been receiving since people found out about her and Hobi. She stopped herself. She didn't want him to know the extent of it all.
"I just worry about you. I remember the incident with you a few months ago in the hotel room and I wasn't even in the picture. I was just the photographer. But you could have been hurt," she began to ramble.
He shook his head, "hey, stop," he said.
"Aaron will be staying with you guys everywhere you go ok? No one will get to you I promise you that," he said rubbing her arm.
"Ok?" He whispered looking in her eyes and she nodded.
Her lips were still in a pout and tears still running down her face. He smiled and wiped them away and kissed her softly.
"I got you something" he said softly against her lips and she smiled.
"Close your eyes," he said with a grin on his face. So she did. He reached in his pocket and pulled out a small jewelry box.
"Hold your hands out," he said. She lifted her arms up slowly with her palms facing up. He gently placed the box in her hand.
"Now open," he said. She opened her eyes and saw the box and looked at him.
"This is an expensive looking box," she said. And he just nodded and smiled. He knew she hated expensive gifts. She didn't see the point in buying things when you could just hug her or be with her but you couldn't help it.
"Come on just open it," he said excitedly.
She looked down at the box again and breathed in and began to open the box. Inside was a simple gold ring band.
"Look on the inside," he said softly looking at her reaction.
She lifted the ring up and looked inside.
"My hope and angel" love Hobi
A tear slid down her face and she smiled brightly.
"I love it," she said softly looking up at him. He sat up and moved closer to her. He took the ring and her left hand and slid it on her ring finger.
"I promise you I'll never leave you. You are the only one for me and even if we are far apart I will always be with you and I'll always be yours," he said as he fingers caressed her hand. He leaned in and kissed her passionately his other hand rubbing to the back of her neck through her hair. He finally pulled away and rested his forehead on hers. He smiled and so did she.
"I love you," she said.
"I love you too...so much more than you'll ever know," he said back earning an even bigger grin from her.

They spent hours at the beach. He had lunches prepared and brought over then they would go run in the water and mess around being goofy as usual. Just before they were about to leave Hobi grabbed her hand and ran. She followed behind confused. He stopped once they got on top of a hill.
"This is the best view for the sunset," he said out of breath. They watched it together as they held hands closely. Savannah couldn't get her mind off of the fact he had to leave in the next 3 hours but she wanted to enjoy this moment with him. She leaned over and kissed his cheek softly. She pulled him into a hug.
"I'll miss you," she said softly against his neck and he sighed.
"Come on," He said smacking her ass as they made their way back down the hill.
"You think I'm gonna leave for a weak and not get any before I leave?" He said behind her and she rolled her eyes laughing at him.
