Overview Militaires Sans Frontières, or "Army Without Borders," was originally a private military force governed by the Big Boss Naked Snake and his best friend, Kazuhira Miller. Boss and Miller had intended MSF to be a force of justice, and with the money of their clients, they had built the largest nationless military as of 1975. But a rival organization, XOF, launched an assault on MSF's Motherbase while the Boss was away on a mission, and the few survivors, all of which were also away on missions at the time, disbanded. While Militaires Sans Frontières as Boss and Miller had built it was dead, the Boss's eldest son, Eli Bishop, founded a new organization of the same name in 2002, but in Eli's mind, an army without borders had a much different purpose from peacekeeping. Today, Eli leads his twisted MSF in a series of terrorist activities, and the CIA's entire Top 10 Most Wanted List currently consists of MSF members, with Eli himself securely placed at #1.
Notable Members (all data relevant to the Big Boeing Incident) Elijah "Liquid Snake" Bishop 45 years of age, British, sandy-blond hair, green eyes. Former leader of the terrorist group MSF (deceased). Sociological, psychopathical, near-total disregard for human life--literally commits war crimes to spite his father. Shows no preference in gear, so on-site procurement ops in disclosed locations are significantly natural to him. Would use any weapon he so pleases to kill. Employs a balance of speed and strength in CQC. Note: Was sentenced to death following Operation: Liquidation. Sentence was carried out upon arrival at ADX Florence.

"Brutal Hound" (Name Unknown) Unknown age, Columbian, bald, unknown eye color. Heavy weapons specialist in MSF and Eli's lieutenant commander. Big, strong--a hulk on steroids. Employs a custom-designed chassis of hydraulic exoskeletal armor to increase his already unmatched strength. Weapon of choice is the FIM-Redeye rocket launcher or M61 Vulcan rotary cannon. Strength is unmatched in CQC, and he is surprisingly fast, but he lacks agility.

Alia "Sniper Wolf" (Last Name OTR) 40 years of age, Iraqi/Kurdish, bright green hair, blue eyes. Former FOXHOUND operative, now sharpshooter and markswoman for MSF. Beautiful, playful--taunts an enemy she has the advantage over. Wears a specialized olive-drab combat suit suitable for close- to medium-ranged combat. Favors her custom H&K PSG1 sniper rifle however, which does make her suit somewhat redundant. She is lethal with a pistol and/or knife in CQC, but not particularly dangerous if unarmed.
